Recent Review: Giulio and his crew came and waterproofed my basement after I discovered that there was water and it was on the carpet. Said they could get the job done in 3 days and it ended up only taking two! Customer service really good and they always answered my call. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Recent Review: Previous piering companies had tried and failed to solve our sinking foundation problem with undersized piers. After researching available options and getting quotes from a few companies, we chose Expert House Movers to excavate around our foundation, install custom made piers to support the weight of our house (full masonry, stone foundation, slate roof and terazzo floos) and spray a rubberized coating on the below ground portion of our foundation to stop future water penetrations in our stone foundation. They showed up promptly, performed the necessary work in a timely matter and were careful of the landscaping we wanted to keep. The job itself took longer than anticipated mostly due to additional work needed once the foundation was exposed (tuckpointing, new window wells, etc). There was minor damage to the sprinkler system and the water service line, but we were compensated for the damage by EHM. My only complaint was the amount of old drainage pipes and broken concrete that was left on site during the work and not removed until the end of the job.

Recent Review: This contractor has done a foundation repair job for me in the past and it was done professionally and at a reasonable cost. Just recently, they did a waterproofing job for a basement wall containing a window. He did the following: Extend the window well by 8", Hand-dig dirt 12' x 10' to slope away from foundation wall, Install reinforced rubber roofing against the wall, Add layer of washed gravel to entire section near the wall as well as 4' area around the corner to draw the water away. Originally, the job was supposed to cost $2,400 but after doing it I was notified by Dan Miller, one of the principals, that because the dirt was a lot softer and took half the time than he anticipated it would be $600 less! This company is efficient, effective and HONEST!

Recent Review: Process went very smoothly. Work was accomplished in a timely, professional manner. Really liked that they did not try to sell me more than what I needed at the time. Since the setting up of the bentonite takes a minimum of 30 days, I can't say at this point what the overall success will be.

Recent Review: This is a superior company to work with.  Extremely professional, honest, and friendly to work with.  Neverwet came recommended to me by a friend last year when my basement was literally under water.  Neil the owner came out himself to do the estimate in hours of notice from my friend that I desperately needed help with the situation in my basement as soon as possible.  Neil saw the condition my basement was in and re-arranged his crew to work additional hours outside of the normal work day to get the work done that was required to keep my basement from further flooding.  My  basement was literally a swimming pool.  I've never seen this kind of work being done to jackhammer cement and literally carry hundreds  of buckets of cement from the basement to outdoors while still taking every step to keep my house as clean as possible even thought the work was the messiest type of work I've ever seen anyone have to do.  When they were finished with the job, they cleaned up after themselves and left my basement in a condition I had never seen it in before.  The walls were cleaned of the mold and nice white sheets of mold preventive plastic was put up, the cement floor looked brand new where they had to dig the holes to put all new tiles beneath the floor.  It was absolutely the best work I had ever seen completed in such a short time.  They did a fantastic job and I never had a water issue again, and their work comes with lifetime warranty.   My basement was dry and odor free.  1 year later I sold this home and bought another to which I knew going in I was going to have water issues in the basement.  The previous owners had another company come in and do work in the basement, however it was clear that what they did was not working as there was water on the floor and the wall blocks were soaked with water.  I knew I was voiding the warranty which came with the home from the other company, however I knew I was making a better decision by having Neverwet come in and do the work.  Again Neil and his team did an exemplary job again in a very short time frame as I had a move date already booked.   Neil helped with other issues which I had which went above and beyond the job he was hired to do.  He and his team take great pride in their work and in doing what ever is necessary to make the customer happy and stress free while the work is being done.   Now I have a basement in my new home that I don't feel is like a dungeon.  It's clean, dry, and odor free.  I've now used Neverwet twice in the last two years and I would highly without any hesitation recommend this company to everyone.  I wish that every company I've had to interface with over the years had the same integrity and professionalism that Neil and his team bring to the table when getting a job done.  It would make the life of a consumer much easier when trying to get work done correctly, on time, and worry free.  Hire Neverwet, you will not regret it!!!

Recent Review: Other then starting a couple days late, due to being behind schedule on another job (not surprising since we scheduled this task, as I recall, about 4-5 months in advance) everything went beautifully. The arrived when they said they would and their entire crew was extremely professional, respectful and helpful, especially Dave, who is the foreman. Anytime any of us went into the basement to see how everything were progressing the crew would stop what they were doing and show us around and explain exactly what they were doing as well as what was left. As for the job itself, our basement has always been wet, and actually had water tricking in it from between the steps in the stairs under the bilco doors.(we live near Lake Erie and with the water table so high there we figured nothing could be done about it, but boy were we ever wrong, since they were finished the basement has been perfectly dry and much brighter (the wall panels they use are white, which really brightens up the space.) We've had some major rains since it's been done and we don't have a drop of water anywhere anymore. Simply put, the job consisted of digging around the entire interior perimeter of the basement, putting in drainage, a new sump pump system with drains to the outside and away from the house, and then putting down fresh concrete over the drainage system and old sump pump hole. In addition they wired in a new power circuit just for the pump ,so something else in the house tripping a breaker wont kill power to the pump. It sounds simple, but it was a lot of hard, heavy and wet work and of course there was far more to it then I can describe. My wife and I both expect this would make the basement dryer, but neither of us expected it to work so well. We would have been happy had it simply been dry enough that we could store things down there without them ending up covered in mold, but instead we got a basement that not only can be used for storage, but is even dry enough to use as living space. In you live in Chautauqua County and have a wet/damp basement don't even think about it, call Shaun today and get him out to your place as soon as humanly possible. You wont be sorry, and you won't believe how huge a difference it will make (Shaun told us we wouldn't believe it, but we figured it was hype, but boy were we wrong,  he was absolutely right.) This is one of those rare occasions where the my only complaint is that we didn't do this years ago immediately after we bought the house!

ANeverwet Basement Waterproofing
After my initial consultation with Neil the owner I was very relaxed that I didn't get the hard sell that other local basement waterproofing companies had tried. Neil assured me that though it was a relatively new company he had been in basement waterproofing for many years. What also impressed me was that he came with his crew and actually performed work himself. The crew were respectful, polite and extremely hard working. The information he gave me about the system was very interesting and informative. and offered different solutions to my problems. I have a stone foundation with mold and dampness problems, unsightly wet walls and musty odors. He talked about how to clean the air and cover the walls with a plastic that would stop the mold from coming back.  The whole job took 4 days and included a complete exterior solution with a tar barrier and plastic. The grading looked good and they put back the shrubs and plants they took out. My wife was very impressed that they cleaned up everyday and told her what they were doing each day and what they were going to do the following day.  I now have a dry basement which is smells so much better and has no water. The pumps work great and the air filter has made a great impact throughout the house. I would recommend this company for their professionalism expertize and the pride they put into their work. This was a huge plus working with a small company that went out of their way to accommodate all we were looking for with a waterproofing company. The price was thousands less than other quotes I had received and I was not pushed into making a same day decision to get discounts. Thank you Never Wet. I will refer you to anyone who has a problem basement

John was a great help and fixed many issues I was having in with basement waterproofing.  He came up with a professional and cost effective plan, explained it to me in layman's terms and was onsite the entire time making sure it was done properly by his crew. After the repairs were completed we did a quality inspection and he explained to how to maintain the repair so the issue does not return.

AAdirondack Basement Systems
It was the best money I have ever spent.  They are reliable.  They do what they say they are going to do and they will say how many times they have come back to correct any problems after.  Their price is a little bit on the high side but you get what you pay for.

AB-Dry Systems of Southern New York, Inc.
Dealing with B-Dry was great. From the consultation, to the office answering my questions, to the punctual professional team working in my basement. They kept me informed about the work being done, performed the work quickly, and cleaned up after the job. While on the pricier side of a home improvement, I have not had any issues with water in the basement for the past few months, and to far the system is holding up very well to the Spring thaw and April rain.

From the beginning their sales person was outstanding. Shaun listened to my problems, diagnosed the issues, and calmed my fears. This is my first home and I needed someone I could trust. I am thankful they sent him. After he determined the leakage was from my floors and walls he prepared an estimate right at my house. I was very surprised it was so thorough and detailed because other estimates I had from different companies were very vague. Because the entire basement leaked the work was pretty involved and obviously a chunk of money. Being my first home I could not afford to do the project. I spoke with Shaun and his office staff member "Cindy" explaining that the project was too much at the moment and I would be back in touch to schedule once I saved up enough money. To my surprise again, they were able to help. They came up with a plan that I could afford and broke it down so it was manageable. I went forward with the project! When my project date arrived the Fadale crew was on time and extremely professional (even had red uniforms with name plates on them). David was the crew supervisor and was exceptional. He had an answer for all my questions. I felt so comfortable with the crew I even gave them a house key so they could let themselves in and lock up while I was at work. This is not something I would normally do with another company. The project went so nicely. It started on time, they finished on time, and we stayed within the agreed amount. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. A+++++++

AEarley Contracting
Mark, and his crew were great! The job of tearing out and replacing approximately 40 feet of our house's foundation only took them 4 days. They showed up as early as 7:15 a.m. and only as late as 8:00 a.m. each day. They were hard working, and answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond with re-routing my washing machine drain temporarily. They applied 2 coats of Drylock to waterproof the entire foundation, and back filled beautifully! We are very pleased, and will be calling Earley Contracting again for a couple of other smaller jobs.
