Recent Review: It took longer than expected because the shower door that was originally order wasn't correct. When it was finally installed, it needed some additional adjusting but the crew came right out to fix it and it ended up being perfect! The tile is gorgeous. Kelsey kept me in the loop throughout the project and provided exceptional customer service. Their prices aren't the cheapest, but the quality of work and customer service make it worth the extra dollar. Would highly recommend this company.

Recent Review: Took a little to get everything coordinated as they normally don't install frameless. There was a bit of lag time between decision to purchase, home visit to see if installation was possible, and actual installation. Still, the contractor they worked with was professional and thorough. The price was unbeatable (about 20% less of any other company I contacted). The door looks great and the installer did everything to make it as perfect as possible despite the uneven walls/floors. We have no leaks and the door works like a charm and looks amazing. Would definitely work with Lowe's again.

Recent Review: Dynamic Kitchens and Baths was so helpful in choosing the fixtures, finishes even the grout color. They're sub contractors though not many, included the shower door installer Clifton Park Glass and Painter, Gary Haswell who also did terrific work with Dynamic Kitchens and Baths overseeing every aspect of they're work.

Recent Review: Matt 'lost' the drawing per him & failed to match the siding as instructed. He never asked prior to job could he substitute a different type of siding & failed to cover areas as per the drawing. He did come back & attempted to cover missing areas but still failed to do what we paid for. We reluctantly agreed to let him use the incorrect siding, but this is very obvious from a distance. Now (June 2015) we have had siding & or trim fall off on both sides & HE REFUSES TO HONOR HIS WARRANTY & FIX THEM & states he was upset I was 'loud' with him on phone about the original job being so far from the drawing & not matching the siding. BIG DEAL! And he charged us more than estimate again. As of June 2015 we had Matt do a total of 5 jobs & now HE REFUSES TO HONOR HIS 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON EVERY JOB HE DID HERE!!!!   Please contact me foe a copy of his actual email where he states this.   "I've never voided a warranty before in all my 25 years in this work but I feel I have to now." We have numerous BIG problems with a bathroom remodel done by him. We have water running across our floor & he stated Quote:  "Water I can't do much about... I will re apply caulk at some point but it's a lot of water in a tiny shower." This would be after after he tried to fix it already. My statement: "The 'water issue' must be solved. If the top of the shower base & bottom of the shower door frame had been properly caulked at the time of installation, we would not have a problem. The same with the floor. When we had an old quiet floor torn out (be it with a hole in it) & a brand new noisy floor (sub floor, etc.) in it's place...not acceptable. This wasn't just replacing the top floor &/or tiles, but the complete floor. By 'reinforced' in the contract, we expected 'sister' joists, etc. to be added. Slight pressure is all it takes to make noises. Wakes me up every time someone uses the bathroom. If not fixed by you, I expect your insurance company will have to rip every thing out & replace"..  We now must sue him in court so repairs/replacement can be done.

This job we were very happy with except now we have the water temperature drop when ever the pump kicks in. He is unable to correct that. While Darren seemed like a good person and had good ideas and suggestions, the workmanship was poor. We finally ended up letting him go - he was more than 80% over budget (he only charges for labor; you purchase the supplies) and had only completed about 70% of the job. Subway tile that he installed is not level, and he didn't cap the cut ends or use bullnose tiles for the edges, so they are uneven and the cut edges are exposed, which means water will be absorbed. He topped the shower with unfinished wood, which will absorb water. The grout between the subway tile was cracking within days of being installed. He ruined the shower floor tile because it should have been sealed before he grouted it, so the grout stained it permanently. The shower door supports are not straight, so the door sags, which will most likely cause problems down the road. He used DAP instead of grout on the bathroom floor tile, which is not the appropriate product, and then dripped it all over the carpet outside the bedroom, permanently staining it. New toilet did not stop running (we fixed that) and pipes are now banging in the walls every time toilets flush or water runs anywhere in the house. There were drywall screws all over the driveway, causing a tire puncture, and the crew threw mortar or grout water, not sure which, off the side of my deck onto flower beds, which hardened when it dried. Not sure what will happen there once the growing season starts. Even his drywall seams are awful - we have to redo that as well. Overall, the mistakes were piling up and it became too much, so I told him I couldn't let him continue. He didn't offer to fix the mistakes, he didn't over any money back. He just left - left us with an incomplete and unusable bathroom (cabinets weren't installed, sink wasn't installed, windows still need to be replaced, tile wasn't finished or sealed so shower can't be used). We've had several other contractors in to get finishing bids, and each time we let them walk in and tell us what they saw, without telling them anything ahead of time. Every one of them has said he did horrible work and that we were cheated. It's very disheartening to know that we will be basically paying for this bathroom remodel twice, and the contractor just didn't care enough to offer remedy.
