Recent Review: Very Well, project manager/salesmen looked over what needed needed to be. Knew exactly what to do and gave me some options. His ideas matched up exactly with and independent structural engineers recommendations. They were very flexible with setting up the actual repair date, (had to be moved due to weather and safety considerations). The crew was on-site for 2 days. The crew was very knowledgeable. Project was completed on time even though there was a major equipment failure, (they resolved this within 4 hours by finding a repair service to fix it). There was some last minute changes in the design of the repair due to the construction of the house, (new posts had to be moved due to joist placement. They let me know in advance of possible damage of dry wall etc due to movement of the structure. They do rough in carpentry and repairs to major structural issues, they do not want to get involved in finish work (dry wall, ect.).
