Recent Review: At first, Logan appeared to be very dependable and timely. It took him a while to get back to us with a start date, but that part was okay as he was very busy. It was soon after he got started in which he began showing up later and later each day, leaving early each day, or not showing certain days with only a text message later in the afternoon stating he wasn't feeling well. He then text us and asked for more money as the project was "taking longer" than anticipated and was also "harder" than originally anticipated. Texting for more money is only slightly unprofessional, right? As he was nearing the end of his time in our home, I was looking through the work and began to notice paint all over the edges of my tile floors, on my wooden floors upstairs, and on my bathroom floor which wasn't even a room being painted by him. There is also paint in the carpet going up my stairs and under my railings. There was paint that was left in my bathtub from him rinsing his materials (which is fine, just clean up after yourself is all I ask). The paint has been chipping off of my molding and my stairs, the wall has cracked where he "repaired" and the work has to be re-done. Now, 3-4 months later, we have since hired another contractor and are paying additional money to correct Logan Balla's errors in our home. Professional and quality work is truly lacking in the area in which we paid Logan to repair within our home. This work is truly disappointing and I would highly suggest looking into another contractor if you have work to be done like mine.

Recent Review: Outstanding work and professionalism. Brad was meticulous in making sure the curvature and patterns in the plaster moulding and ceilings were restored to their original state. Went above and beyond replacing/repairing plaster moulding in a 100+ year old house. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

Recent Review: Absolute nightmare. I am still debating whether or not to bring legal action against this provider. He won't return my calls. Less than half of the work I paid for was completed and half of that required the hiring of new contractors to finish or correct. I hired this person just after I bought my house but prior to my moving in. I came to the house for the week in which the work was scheduled to be done and when I left, nothing was finished. He had a zillion excuses and although I was already concerned, I foolishly allowed him to continue with his assurance that he could finish in one more week. Three weeks later he still hadn't finished and could not tell me what he had been doing. I asked him to leave immediately.  When I moved in several weeks later, I discovered that most of the work that he had told me he had finished was never even started, e.g., patching the MBR walls, opening up the 5 DR and LR windows, repairing the 5 interior doors. The repairs to the LR plaster walls were hideous and had to be redone. (He had told  me he knew how to match the surrounding wall texture perfectly but it appeared he made no attempt to do so.) He left the carpet staples in the MBR floor having told me he had removed them and had cleaned the floor. I could go on.   Bottom line on this provider: limited skills, compulsive liar, incapable of managing time, money or project resouces.  Run, do not walk, away from this fellow.

ACEILING & WALL RESTORATIONS
I cannot say enough wonderful things about both the quality of work and the amount of respect Chuck eminates while he is in your home.  His work is impeccable and with no mess---including during the sanding process!!!!!  We had 2 large rooms (MBR 24x20 and  a two-stall garage) and two smaller closet type rooms, with 12 foot ceilings.  From the beginning, Chuck promised exactly what he delivered.  He is prompt, reliable, dependable, courteous, and does exactly what he says he will do.  There were no time delays, no unexpected costs, and at no time did I feel uncomfortable having him or any of his associates in my house.       We requested swirled ceilings in the MBR, and he brought in a ceiling-artist to complete the job, and the results are beautiful.  Once we finally moved into the MBR, we were so pleased with the quality of the work that surrounded us, and were so happy we hired Chuck and his associates to do the work---this was waaayyyyyyyy more than me and my husband could do ourselves; We would still be at it, I am sure.       Chuck's work is worth every penny and more.  He leaves your home with a finished product that will last years and years.  I have recommended him to some aquaintances, and they have hired him, and are now singing the same praises I sing.

Brad provided me a detailed contract after giving me an estimate for the cost of the project. He was very helpful/willing to make changes to the contract to fit my needs. He began work when he said he would and his crew did a very thorough job. They could have easily cut corners without me knowing but I could tell they went above and beyond to make the house (old lathe plaster walls) look great. I would definitely recommend Brad to anyone looking to have painting done to the interior of their home.
