Recent Review: This was our first re-paint of the house since new. Peter did a great job, in fact, we kept increasing the scope of work because of the quality workmanship and fair pricing. Peter was meticulous, he patched any flaws in the drywall, he sanded all the walls and used the highest quality paint materials, the house is now fresh and new. We recommend PV and we will definitely hire PV in the future.

Recent Review: job was fantastic !! I had started removing wall paper myself. It was stuck on so badly that I was putting holes right through the walls. It was my daughter's bedroom so I really couldn't wait long to get it repaired. Peter came out in a day and not only did he remove the wallpaper with ease because he had the necessary equipment to do it right but he was also able to repair all the damage I had done to the walls. Afterward I had him come back and paint the room for me. It was done efficiently and with perfection. HIs timeliness and professionalism was greatly appreciated and I cannot say enough about what a great job he did !!

Recent Review: We needed a hallway & stairwell with a high ceiling painted. We compared 3 companies; Certapro gave us the most reasonable estimate. They scheduled an approximate date to do the work and were able to finish the job 2 days earlier than the target date! The painters were friendly and professional. Not to mention, they left my stairwell and hallway cleaner than they found them. I would definitely call them again.

Recent Review: Well let's begin.... I hired them to various work around my home totaling over $10000 and gave them $6500 down to start in the bathroom.  It started with the demo I was only having a new tub and surround put in.  I was without a shower for a week !!!! Then came when they pleased very poor contact left a mess everytime!!! Painted the bathroom leaving myself to put my own hardware back in place paint on the floor.  The job was not even complete and they wanted more money to start outside fencing. Gave them more than enough money upfront. At this point I just wanted my money back gave them a week for my $4500 refund and guess what no contact again!!! I have a pending small claim case against them truly scam artists.  I will have to redo the tub surround because it is starting to buckle and was never lined up correctly. Hopefully I will be able to recover my losses.  Update: Just wanted to let the public know I won in small claims court against this company for $5000 !!!! They didn't even show up to state their case. So that's says it all about this company!!!

Recent Review: Top notch business!!! My husband's company hired them to paint some of the offices and they did a beautiful job. Hiring them to do our residence was a no brainer. First we contracted them to paint the outside of our aluminum sided home. They did such an incredible job that people thought we had the house resided. Next, we hired them to paint, take down wall paper and do some remodeling (i.e. new countertops, banister/railing, refinish hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets, install crown molding) and they did an impressively amazing job!! They are professional, timely, efficient, detail conscious and they maintain a clean, neat work sight. The owner, Mr. Giusiti, came over often to answer questions, keep us updated on progress, and evaluate the work being done to make sure the team stayed on task. All of that with the most competive prices around. We later decided to sell our house and got full asking price the same day it was listed. A stellar showing which was in large part because of the incredible job PrimeTime did bringing our vision to light and then some. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone in need of Prime Time Painting and Applications.

Recent Review: From the onset, they were what workers were many years ago, These people are craftsman and offer service well beyond anything I have come to expect in recent years. After contacting them for an estimate, they showed up on time and were very receptive to our ideas and actually provided us with options which we never considered. After giving them the contract, they showed up on time every day. Their work ethics are second to none. All work was performed in a professional manner and they left the jobsite clean after every day. Ilya, the son in this Father / Son company, was at our house for five days performing numerous tasks which ran the gambit of construction trades. All work was performed in a timely manner and he was receptive to changes made mid-stream. This usually is met with attitude but he simply executed the changes we asked for. I have supervised construction crews in the past and these people exhibited old school work ethic with modern tools & products. I have already asked them for an estimate for additional work and have referred them to do some work at my Mothers house .Simply stated, professional ,punctual, ethical and reasonably priced.

Recent Review: Scott and his crew are very efficient and careful. Covered everything while working and cleaned up at the end of each day. Scott answered all of my questions and knew what repairs were needed and how to do them. Took the time to do the job right, even when extra coats of paint were needed.

I contacted PV Painting for an estimate for painting my bathroom and laundry room. I was unsure of a color and asked for suggestions in a grey. The suggested color Lazy Grey was perfect. The job was done in the time frame we agreed upon. The work product was excellent. They are very neat and careful to make sure your home is kept clean. I appreciated he even took off his shoes so as not to track in snow.

Wonderful! Peter is amazing and made our house a home! A 1930's house looks updated and brand new inside! Peter is the hardest worker, takes pride in all that he does, is punctual, and extremely reliable. Meticulous painting job and cleans afterwards thoroughly. I recommend him to everyone! I don't know what we would do without him! Thank you Peter!

I can't say enough good things about Peter.   He did a wonderfully creative job on a kitchen wall where the paint had peeled away from the original plaster which had a block design in it.  He was able to repair it and clean it up, repaint it and keep the character of the design that was imprinted into the wall.  He also repaired a water damaged bathroom ceiling and made it look like new again.  I thought all his work was very high quality.   What i liked best about working with Peter, was that he was straight forward and very easy to work with.  He was open about what he needed and listened to what I wanted.  I would definitely call him again and wish he could do all the work i needed done in my old house.

This is our second time using Petar and again we were very happy with the results.  He is a stickler for details.  All areas to be painted were prepped beyond what I have seen done by other painters, and everything was picked up at the end of the work day.  He also helped me choose the colors which look fabulous.  We will definitely use Petar again.

The first time I hired him a few years ago he a good job of painting my living room and dining room.  I subsequently hired him for some odd jobs and he did a decent job for a fair amount.  Last week I hired him to remove the wallpaper in my kitchen, paint the ceiling, repair the walls, paint the walls, remove the linoleum, then replace the linoleum with a laminate floor.  He bid $650 for the job with me buying the paint and the floor.  the kitchen is 12 x 12, with L-shaped cabinets and a little less than 120 sq feet of open floor space.   It was to be a three day job but I subsequently decided that sheet vinyl was the best option and he does not install sheet vinyl.  but that didn't help shorten the job.  At the end of four days he had removed old linoleum, removed the wallpaper, replaced two sections of the subfloor, painted the ceiling, repaired the walls, painted the walls, and installed trim between the kitchen cabinets and the ceiling for $600.  I?m hiring someone else to install a vinyl sheet floor. I don?t know what happen between the first time I had hired him a few years ago and this time, but this time was 180 degrees different.  I paid him because I thought he was honestly trying to do the job even though I have concluded he did not have the necessary skills or knowledge to accomplish the task in a satisfactory matter.  At least he did show up and try.  But in the end all I got for my money was the removal of the wall paper, a passable job on the trim for the cabinets, and perhaps an adequate replacement of two sections of the subfloor.  I?m $600 poorer but not $600 closer to completion of the project. On the first day, Friday, he showed up with nothing more than a putty knife to remove the wallpaper.  Realizing that would not suffice, he decided to remove the old linoleum floor first, which was a mistake because the subfloor ended up with no protection from the removal of the wallpaper, repair of the walls, and painting.  Moreover, he merely ripped the rubber baseboard off the wall and the cabinets, leaving most of the glue, which he then proceeded to sand off the wall (he never removed the glue from the cabinets.  I subsequently learned that he should have used a heat gun to remove the baseboard and glue together, and the heat gun and a putty knife to remove the residue.  He knew I had a heat gun because I told him I had purchased many years ago to remove some stubborn wallpaper in the bedroom. After removing the floor, he left for about an hour and a-half to buy a steamer and some plywood to replace two sections of the subfloor.  When he returned he replaced the two sections of the subfloor, but he didn?t make a cut around the door jam on one side of the stairwell. A piece needs to be put in that small section because otherwise the vinyl floor will have no support and will crack and deteriorate at that spot.  He did not fill in the spaces between the old and new plywood sections, nor did he cover the nails.  I don?t know if that is necessary but it was obvious that it was done when the original subfloor was put in.   I won?t know until the floor installer shows up whether his work on the subfloor needs to be completed or replaced.  But that was only the beginning of my disappointment with his work this time. I?m also going to hire someone to fix the walls properly and repaint them.  As the pictures show he left lots of holes and uneven sections in the walls, every wall has paint drips, and he even left a few spots unpainted.  Although he was here for four days, he barely worked 2 1/2 days.  He didn?t show up until 10 am each morning, and except for Saturday, he would leave by 3 pm or 4 pm, and took an hour or more for lunch.  On Saturday he showed up at 10, left at 11 because he was sick, returned about 2, then worked until about 7.   I removed about one-quarter of the wallpaper myself on Friday night and Saturday because it was obvious the job was otherwise going to go on forever. I also spent about an hour Saturday night cleaning Durabond off the woodwork, cabinets, counters, and sink.  On Sunday I had to chase him down my driveway to get him to come back and clean up all the primer he had gotten on the windows, trim, and counters.I don't know what it will cost me to hire someone to repaint the walls (after properly repairing all the poorly repaired sections) but I do know I can do a better job myself than what I got for $600.
