Recent Review: Tim and Seth just killed it while renovating or Master bath. This is the 4th project We have used them on. We love it. They make the renovation fun because you know they are going to show up on time and complete the work on time and on budget! They take care to leave your home clean each night. They work hard and have positive attitudes and fun personalities. Regarding the project itself, Tim took all of our design ideas and sent us to the right people and places to make them happen. He especially nailed it by recommending a unique shower door vendor which really finished off the job in an amazing way. There was a lot of extra work and skill required to assemble and fit these huge pieces of glass together. But as he said, it was worth it. Most contractors would recommend the standard door configuration from the premier local provider that’s in every other home. That’s not how Tim and Seth Roll. We missed Anna on this Job but will see her when we go out to dinner soon to celebrate the great renovation!

Recent Review: Installers arrived promptly, worked diligently, cleaned up any debris. Work was completed in less than a day! Easily accommodated our request for placement of grab bars and somewhat unusual placement of hand held shower to make it easier to use when seated in shower chair. We especially like the design of the track for the shower doors which make cleaning so easy. No nasty tracks to clean!

Recent Review: Fantastic!! The entire team we dealt with (Spencer on the business end and Matt and Tom for the installation) were extremely professional and did an outstanding job! They were always on-time; were meticulous in their work; left the house as clean as how they found it and were transparent about any delays or additional work that may have been required; which was minimal since the completion date was only four days after what was promised. Any delays were caused by correcting shoddy work done by the previous installers. It's also important to note that we were also pleased with the professionalism of their supplier partner, New York Kitchen & Bath. We highly recommend Advanced Craft Bath Remodelers, and would definitely use them again. A++ Great job!!!!

Recent Review: The installation crew worked incredibly hard at completing the install in one day. There turned out to be some discrepancies in dimensions which could have been easily avoided by one person interfacing between original sale and installation. We gutted the bathroom and did the prep work before Kinetic came in. Despite multiple phone calls back and forth, the dimensions for the enclosure were slightly off, adding additional time to the work crew's install. A 5 minute visit a couple of days before to verify would have prevented another 3 hours of crew work. One year after installation, we developed a mold problem in the grout. We called Kinetic, they ordered our correct color grout and came to the house immediately. Fortunately it was just a surface problem. They stripped all the old grout out, reapplied the correct color and diagnosed the issue. Apparently, it was a problem of prevention. While I clean the shower every time I use it, I had ever been given a list telling me bleach was ok to use s long as rinsed right away. We had had a houseful of company for about a month; they'd shower, leave the fan off, close the shower door and bathroom door after using. Easy fix!

Recent Review: When we returned from our summer vacation, we found two leaks in our ceilings, two running toilets, two leaky faucets, a broken shower door, a door with an unreliable lock, a broken window, and several other problems. We hired a plumber to fix the toilets and sinks and a roofer to put on a new roof. But then we were left with the leaking shower wall, ceilings that need to be repaired, and many other problems. Back in 1992, Peter Stapell had re-plastered and painted our hallway walls and ceilings, and he had done an absolutely beautiful job. He's a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. We tracked him down and persuaded him to repair our ceilings. But first we asked him to help us figure out our shower leak(which had mystified us for a couple of weeks)and he determined that the water came out between the tiles. He did a beautiful job of re-grouting(most tile people don't want to re-grout old tiles)and that solved the problem. Then he fixed some broken tiles around our other bathroom sink(he knew how to cut the extra tiles we had saved to the right size and install them). We had thought we would need a new folding shower door because the rollers had broken off the old one, but Peter figured out how to attach new rollers(he has a lot of ingenuity and a lot of appropriate tools)and that was an easy solution. Then he replaced some faucet washers that the plumber had just installed but were leaking, and the kind he used stopped the leak. Then he got to the ceilings. We had had an estimate from another company for the ceiling work, and they would have insisted on repainting the whole ceiling in each case. They were both hallway ceilings that went around corners and extended all over the place, and it would have been time consuming, disruptive, and expensive to have the whole thing done. Peter was willing to try to do a limited repair. First, he did a perfect job of re-plastering. Then he found a place that sold the very same paint that had been used in 1992. He painted the repaired areas, and they blended in very nicely. No one would ever notice that there had been a repair. We were very pleased! Just today he's been working on installing a new doorknob and lock on our side door and repairing its broken glass. It's another great job.

Terrible. Completed work arrived when he was supposed to. Work was not to my satisfaction. Trim was installed crooked and shower doors leak. When I called him about it, he basically said it was my problem. I told him I had to pay him for work I have fix. He said "yup, I guess so."

Randy is very reliable and responsive. He charges $35/hour which is very reasonable. I have used him numerous times and he is coming back to take down basketball net since my sons no longer use it. His price is very affordable for his services. I give him A's all across the board!

All were polite. Bathroom turned out beautiful. Tile work by Gary is perfect. The price was good. All things considered the only negative was the fact that we never knew if and when they would arrive and how long they would work. I was hesitant to rehire for some kitchen work because of this issue. However we did. Again, Gary's tile work outstanding. However, they were supposed to install floor and it was to be done the week before Thanksgiving. Contractor never returned my numerous calls to schedule specific day and time. After a week, I left message that his company's services were no longer needed.
