Reviews in Amherst to Remove Fuel Tank
AHarper's Heating and Cooling
Easy from start to finish. I woke up to no hot water and found my tank leaking. I called Harper and they were able to help me the next day with a replacement tank.

AM J Spoth Plumbing-Heating-AC
Mark Spoth is a very upfront plumber who did quality work for me. He replaced our old tanks with new Bradford White tanks which are top of the line. Other dealers quoted a slightly higher price and using somewhat cheaper replacement tanks. Job was done quickly and efficiently with no cleanup needed. All in all, a very good experience.

AHeatwave Heating & Cooling
It went great as usual. This is the 2nd time I have used Heatwave. Fulvio and the other workers are just terrific. I first used them for furnaces and central air conditioning. They did a great job. Polite, professional, hard working, thorough. This time they installed a tankless hot water heater, no problems, it works great, what can I say I would definately recommend them

AZenner & Ritter Home Services
The day of the installation the first worker showed up early (which was good), but the second showed up an hour and a half late. They worked about six and a half hours, then left for the day. Had to go to work myself, so I don't know when they showed up the second day. All the work was done by 4:30 the second day, but the furnace wouldn't light the second stage. The troubleshooter came out promptly, found the broken part, and returned with a replacement the next morning. Other than a bucket containing oil, they did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

ASteve’s Heating & Air Conditioning
Steve's Heating and Cooling did a throughly competent job in removing the old oil furnace and the two large oil tanks in the basement. The finished basement site was not an easy one for this big task but they handled a difficult transition with skill and with total consideration to the home. which was left spotless. The tanks were removed with not a drop of oil spilled and no smell of oil remained in the house. They had access to the house as I had complete confidence in Steve. On our return the job was done to our total satisfaction. The improvement in air flow is quite noticeable and the system is practically silent. Steve responded promptly to our initial inquiry about a new furnace, visited the site, and submitted a proposal in a very timely and professional approach. He clearly demonstrated his knowledge of heating and cooling systems and impressed us with his agreeableness and professionalism. We had a wonderful, trouble free experience with Steve's Heating and Cooling. He does excellent work, is conscientious about detail, leaves a pristine site, and is a pleasure to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Steve to anyone needing a professional in heating and cooling.

AHertel Hardware & Plumbing Co Inc
Quick response, fast and polite. I offered to assist him in carrying the new tank in and the old tank out, but he insisted that he could do it alone which he did.

AFREDDIES PLUMBING SERVICE INC
Freddie was on time and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the appliance replacement. He first determined what the problem appeared to be and replaced some of the tank parts. After completing the process, he noticed that the tank was still leaking around a fitting joint under the tank. He determined that the tank was not repairable and asked permission to replace the toilet. He did a very clean job and in a short period of time. I was very impressed with the service and would recommend them to others needing plumbing service. He also removed the old appliance as well, which was a plus.

AT-Mark Plumbing Heating & Cooling
Very Professional, explained what was causing the tank to leak. Recommended not to change anything now but in future (when needed) to review options for tankless or another tank. Provided paperwork on tankless options to review.

AZenner & Ritter Home Services
Tech Dave did a professional and excellent job. Had shopped around and Zenner and Ritter was the most straightforward with info regarding price etc... Didn’t feel ripped off like other estimates I received. Will definitely used them if needed in the future.

CRoy's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
THEY CAME OUT AFTER I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY CHARGED FOR THE ESTIMATE, WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD THERE WOULD BE A CHARGE FOR THE ESTIMATE. THE ESTIMATE WAS FOR A NEW TANK, NEW GAS LINE AND REMOVAL OF THE OLD TANK. THEY SAID THEY WERE HIGH DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL WORK. MY OTHER ESTIMATES WAS FOR THE SAME WORK.
Recent Review: Nathan (owner) and Rob (project manager) were my contacts. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were also conscientious of the covid-19 precautions and restrictions and wore masks, booties, and gloves while in the house working. I felt safe with them working in our home. They completed all the installations in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. Rob walked us through our touchscreen smart thermostat as he set it up for us, and also explained the various new furnace accessories (high efficiency humidifier and filters). Rob made sure that we understood how to operate our new HVAC system before he left. Rob also provided us with the energy rebate forms for a National Fuel rebate, along with the necessary paperwork needed. We are very pleased with Climate King service. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

Recent Review: Gary and his crew did an excellent job. Gary came in and thoroughly explained our options to replace the old damaged cast iron radiator system. He carefully spelled out what would need to be done and answered any questions we had. His crew went to work almost immediately and completed the job in short order. Since it was the middle of winter I was able to test the system immediately and was not disappointed. The new furnace and duct work quickly heated the whole house (3000 sq/ft) and kept it warm throughout the rest of the season. I would highly recommend Chapman Heating & Cooling for a great product, installed quickly and with stellar communication.
