Recent Review: From start to finish working with A M V interiors was a great experience. Aleks and his crew were courteous and attentive to all aspects of this project. They answered all our questions, anticipated our needs and met their goal of making sure that we were happy with all aspects of their work. The finished product looks absolutely beautiful. We love it and it is just what we wanted. We did not have one bad experience and highly recommend them for your home remodeling projects.. We certainly will call them again when we have a new project. John and Joyce Lima

Recent Review: After our experience with Mr. Walker we will only hire him and no one else! We have made arrangements for Chirs to install our hardwood flooring and trim for our livingroom. He is a true caftsman and professionial which is hard to fine these days. We were also impressed with the fact that he would not hesitate to send back any cabinets, doors, molding which were not of high quality. We felt he was looking out for us and only the best materials and work would do! He is every home owner's dream!

Recent Review: We have used Jeff for many of our needs at our Band B and home for the past 5 years. He has painted indoors and out, removed a door and put up new drywall, installed crown molding, built shelves, remodeled our closet, re-grouted tile, repaired screens, installed a new kitchen vent fan, etc. For each and every job Jeff shows up when he says he will, keeps in excellent contact so you know what to expect, provides free, on-point estimates (and even charges you less if the job takes him less time than he expected), completes the work in a timely manner, and charges fair prices. Beyond that Jeff is polite, does not smoke, never curses, works quietly and independently, and cares very much about his work. He will walk with you and look at the finished product, and he takes pride in always doing a nice job. We have also found him to be very trustworthy. We have Jeff working on various projects probably 5 or more times each year, and he has never wavered from all of the positive points listed above.

Recent Review: I discovered that my home was in need of much repair and updating.  Some projects were necessary to maintain structural and functional integrity, but some things I choose to do for comfort and looks. Overall I had an excellent experience.  The contractor stayed within the budget as quoted.  Before changes were made either in the project or with project materials, costs were discussed and agreed upon. All electrical and building inspections/permits were obtained and coordinated by the contractor and each project passed inspection the first time. Timing of projects could sometimes be delayed, however, these delays or changes were discussed and alternative schedules were agreed up. The structural repairs were always complete on time or early. Some of my upgrades were delayed due to either product availability or scheduling.  I was fortunate as I was not in too much of a rush to complete some things and was able to work effectively with my contract to arrange agreeable completion times.  This was very beneficial to me as I was somewhat limited in funding availability.  Payment arrangements were always discussed and I was given ample time to gather the necessary resources to fund my projects.  I did give a deposit to cover materials, however I was never asked for payments beyond work that was already completed.  The workmanship of all of my projects goes beyond excellent.  Contractor promptly rectified and/or repaired or changed any areas I was not please with - which was only two items (no added cost-based on the original plans and agreements). Both workers were always prompt, pleasant, courteous and respected my home and property.  They cleaned up every day upon the complete of each day's work so I did not have to struggle with any messes. This contractor was not the cheapest quote, however, he came with high recommendations, is a local contractor and guarantees his work.  The end result of my projects always exceeded my expectations and I feel I got a great value for my money.

DBurdick Building & Renovations
Pat was punctual at first. He put down a laminate flooring in a rental unit. There were metal strips between the rooms and doorways which really stand out against the dark wood. It looks chopped up and a bit cheap if you ask me. I called him back to finish the bathroom in that apt he started (we were waiting for a part). He took a long time to come. He (conveniently?) said he tried to get a hold of my tenant many times to make an appointments by leaving messages, she insisted he never did. He replaced some rotted wood, the sink and toilet and the linoleum floor. There were many problems with the flooring. First he ok'd me buying a floor that was on sale. I paid $125 for it .Then he said he couldn't use it, so I lost that money (he never offered to help me out for his mistake). Since it had been so long since he and his helper had first come, he said the linoleum had bought and left had disappeared, and he had insinuated that we took it. My tenant of 7 years is very meticulous and was anxiously awaiting the finish of the job. There is no way she accidentally got rid of a big piece of linoleum or stole it. By the way, his helper had also been in the house without him, looking at a plumbing job while he was out of town? He rebought a third floor. He said I didn't pay for the floor, he did, and he was only charging me for half of that material, therefore would keep the other half for himself . I asked him to mail me a copy of the receipt he charged on my Home Depot account and would settle up then. He became verbally aggressive on the phone - yelling and raising his voice for me to send him his money. He sent a very fuzzy picture of a Home Depot receipt to my cell phone, which I couldn't read. After more aggressive calls I repeated I would finish paying when I got a receipt. He eventually sent the copy and sure enough I was right. As it turned I had paid for the entire floor (again), which I needed for an identical apartment, and he was trying to keep that material for himself. He dropped off my floor and picked up his check. In general, he was very unprofessional, did only so-so job, was rude to me and my tenants, and his final exact words were and quot; You can lose my numberand quot;. How professional is that? I had already, however, deleted his number and will never recommend him to anyone.
