Recent Review: The custoner service person was very helpful and professional in scheduling the work to be done. Ray could come early and this was very convenient for me. He found a problem with one of the shut-off valve fittings as this is an older house, so had to make a trip to a supplier for the right fitting. He was very careful and very concerned that the job was done right. Installinbg a new p-pipe was a great plus as the old one was galvinized pipe prone to leaks. Now I have a beautiful new faucet, inside the cabinet looks sleek and clean, and now I know I can close or open the shut-off valves when I need to.

Recent Review: We recently purchased a "short sale" home.  One of the issues we faced was a missing drawer in the vanity of the master bathroom.  We found Jay on Angie's List, and called to see if she could create a drawer to match the vanity.  I took her 2 other drawers (one that was the same height, and another that was the same width as the missing drawer) and from that she determined the measurements to build the drawer we needed.  She collaborated with us, recommending the type of wood to use, and spent a lot of time to make sure that she had all the information that she needed to do the job well. On her own, she added the needed runners on the side, and bought a matching drawer pull - the result was amazing!  The quality of the drawer was better than the ones in the vanity and looked very professional.  I wanted to finish it myself to match the cabinet in the bathroom, but she also took the initiative to find a suitable matching stain, and gave me extra scrap lumber so that I could experiment on the same kind of maple that she used to build the drawer front.  She was fast, conscientious, notified me when it was ready, and the price was unexpectedly low.  Our Realtor and others warned us that the cost to get a custom-made drawer was going to be cost prohibitive.  Jay made it happen and we're so pleased!

Recent Review: Danny and his staff worked with me through all phases of the process. They had a lot of understanding during the counter top selection and decision phase.even allowed me to change my mine a couple of times. This is the second time I used this company. The first was a kitchen rework. Both jobs were done very well, on time and very professionally. Even after the job was done they were willing to help me filling out the warenity paper work. When my schedule changed and I had to hurry up the installation, they worked my schedule arrive on time and worked with me through out the process. We were agin thrilled by their speed thoughtfulness.they cleaned up after the work and left the job site better that when they arrived. Their team are very skilled and knolagable and pleasant. They gave me a lot of sound advice and recommendations that I used to finish out the bathroom. They may not be the cheapest shop in town but it well worth the price. They gave me several cost option, understanded my budget and stuck by their word and estimate. It has become rare to find a companywho word and promises are to be trusted. I have a second bathroom to do and look forward to working with them again. This is a very good company owned and operated by very nice people.

Recent Review: Outstanding! My home is located in the mountains, and has propane heat and well water. I tried hiring other contractors before, but they never did an adequate job and charged me too much. It took Robert about 30 seconds to figure out why my pipes were leaking in the basement and he was able to fix the problem immediately! He worked tirelessly on my house, and was able to make every repair perfectly! He knows it all......plumbing, electrical, mold removal, painting, staining......he even fixed my bathroom vanity that "was rocking" due to a short leg and the front latch would not close before. My dishwasher even had a problem and Robert was on the floor taking a look and was able to fix that as well. Robert M. Gallegos is the BEST contractor I have ever hired. The BEST!!! I would and will hire him again...he is honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy - and he was half the cost of the other quotes I received.

Employee came out and looked at everything and quoted me a very good price, so I approved the work. As soon as he actually started working he immediately told me that it was going to be more extensive than he realized and the price would be five times what he told me. I refused to pay and he left. (After making me pay $69 for a "diagnostic fee"). They did this last time as well. Either their employees don't know how to generate estimates, or this is their tactic - low ball the estimate and then jack up the bill at the end.

Jarod came out and explained what he would have to do to tap into our water line where the main house shut off valve was located in a bathroom vanity. The system had to be installed in a bedroom closet opposite the bathroom shut off valve. Jarod gave us an estimate and a week later they were out and installed the system. They arrived on time and completed the work within the time frame they had estimated. Very pleased with the work.

We had done some research not knowing how to start the process for replacing our vanity top in the master bathroom. Called a few of the places that were listed on Angie's list. Trussell's was the only one that offered to send someone out and do some initial measurements and provide a quote. The others suggested we come look at the products available in their showrooms and boneyards and have rough measurements available. We have an odd shape to the vanity, over 9 feet along the front edge and 7 feet along the back.  Steve McFarland from Trussell's came out on a Friday, took some measurements and asked what we were looking for. I wanted something light in color but not super busy, and that would go well with our tile (Arizona Tile, Waterfall Series, Victoria). He offered to go back to look through his boneyard for pieces that would fit. The boneyard, he explained, would be the cheaper way to go. Otherwise we would need to purchase a larger square footage and that would increase the price. He found three pieces that he thought would fit what we were looking for. He emailed photos. I asked if we could come grab some samples of each, and he actually dropped them off the following Monday. Saving us a trip out to their shop. We took our time making a decision, but we never felt rushed. Steve would check in via email about every 3 days. Once we decided the process was smooth. A team was sent out to remove the old vanity top and make a template for the new top. A week later the new top was installed. Only wish I had thought to ask for the sink size before hand. They are a little smaller than what I was expecting, but after 8 months I don't really notice it too much. We have not had any problems with the product and are very happy with the experience. We are currently looking into a kitchen remodel and one of the other samples Steve brought out is a candidate for the kitchen counter.

He returned my call quickly.  He came the next day to give an appraisal.  He told me upfront the maximum it would run so there would be no surprises at the end which I appreciated.  We scheduled with a plan on what he needed to do to get ready and what I needed to do so he could use his time best. Came on time to do the work.  He did the shower first and did an excellwnt job on the backsplash-cleanining as he went along.  Handles on the cabinets look great.   I am very happy with the work performed and will call on him again.

Pete with Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling arrived on time.  He was very professional and got to work right of way. I had the new faucets ready for Pete when he arrived.  I was aware that that the angle valves may have to be changed.   Sure enough, one broke.  I told Pete to go ahead and replace all the angle valves.  Pete didn't have 6 angle valves so he had to go out and get them.  The house was built in 1991 and so I thought it was best to get them all changed.  The master bath vanity has two sinks so the space under the cabinet was very tight.  It took more time than I thought because Pete ran into another problem.  Pete took care of everything and the Kohler Devonshire Vibrant Brushed Bronze faucets looked very nice and all the plumbing under the cabinets looks good.  I'll be calling Pete to install a new down-draft roof evaporative cooler and maybe a new bathroom toilet before summer.  He said there is no charge for the estimate.
