Recent Review: clean, crisp, to the point. I wanted tyvak, he did not believe it was worth it, we signed the change order and it was done as spec'd. He did cost plus, gave us an estimate, I do NOT use the lowest bid, final cost came in right at the estimate. Much of the work was done while we were out of state. No issues. Would use again. He previously built our garage/shop/office builing - again on cost plus, and came in at the estimate. I know five families he has done extensive work for, and he is still on the good side of them all. One family he convince NOT to do what they planned (rebuild a falling down horse shack). He rarely 'bids' a job as you can always take his bid and find someone else to cut him by a couple hundred dollars. I currently have him helping on the bid and specs to get a PV gird-tie install at our home. He would do the concrete work for a ground install 2.4 to 3.3 KW PV install. He is also a personal friend. Over the years I watched/visited a few of his job sites, three site-built houses, 12 remodels, some fairly deep commercial work. Always busy, does not advertise.

Recent Review: Prices were agreed on in advance and work was finished as agreed. When we had the trim done, he tried to talk me out of the color of the nonreturnable paint I had bought. That caused some trouble (and the b grade) but otherwise his work is good and he was especially helpful when our pipe was frozen.

Recent Review: He was very responsive. He gave a good estimate. I did have a problem with him in that he put down a layer of paint on the floor of the porch, which is outside. Any time that area of paint got wet, you could take the paint off with your fingernail. When it was dry, it was fine. When it was wet, it wasn't fine. He said he didn't know what the problem was. I asked him to look at it and fix it. We never quite came to an agreement. I sold my house and left.

Recent Review: George did an absolutely amazing job at re-furbishing my new home.  I would HIGHLY recommend him to absolutely anyone.  He is a consummate professional, and a jack-of-all trades.   He handles everything a home owner could need, and at a reasonable price. To begin, I bought a house built in the early 1960 in the South Valley.  The house was reasonably livable as-is, but somewhat run down.  I had a long list of various miscellaneous projects.  I talked with several contractors I found on Angie's List here, and George stood out for his enthusiasm for getting the job done and willingness to explain everything to me in layman's terms. George and I walked through the house and discussed the particulars.  He followed up very quickly with a written contract giving line item prices, so I could prioritize the projects to fit my budget.   George started work only a few days after we came to an agreement.  I frequently "looked over his shoulder" to better understand the work (this was my first home purchase), and George patiently explained everything he was doing.  He followed the schedule he promised, and delivered everything on time.  In fact, several times I added additional projects.  Some of the new projects were issues that George very helpfully spotted along the way.  Others of the additional projects were ones that I had planned to do myself (interior painting), but instead preferred to rely on George once his excellent work and reasonable prices were apparent to me.   Even in the face of these additional projects, George still came through on time. Overall, my process of buying my first house was made immeasurably easier thanks to George.  Knowing that I could turn to him for any project, big or small, that I needed for my home was incalculably valuable to my peace of mind.   I give George highest marks, and my most sincere recommendations.

Recent Review: Excellent!! We have almost adopted him, Tina and his right hand man, Jake. They are very professional, courteous, prompt, conscientious and honest. The quality of the workmanship was top notch and they cleaned up behind each project thoroughly. I have several more projects in mind it budget allows. I have and will highly recommend Lambert Construction Co to everyone. It is a true blessing to have an honest, dependable and quality contractor to depend on.

BBrandon William HandyMan & Remodeling Services
Once Brandon was able to make it (he had to make an emergency call the first time) great. He is very reliable and seems to be willing to operate 24/7 for his customers. He performed the various items satisfactorily although he could improve the cleanup part of his work. He also found mold in the bathroom that was under some trim - which was obviously important to take care of. I would recommend him for basic household handyman but cannot speak to advanced skills in carpentery or other special needs. He does seem to have the ability to find creative solutions to problems.

My experience with them has been excellent. They were accurate with their estimate. Once they get you in the queue and start the job they follow through and finish it up before they move on to somebody else’s work. They do a nice and clean job. They clean up after themselves. They are a small company so they are easy to deal with. They are responsive when you call them up with a question. We are thrilled and very pleased with them.
