Recent Review: Everything, and I mean EVERY THING that Ron has done in my house has been completed professionally. He is amazing, patient, and kind. I have had emergencies in my house, and Ron has made sure to fit me into his schedule. Ron is a trusted, reliable, professional handyman. I recommend him to all of my friends.
Recent Review: Called Bob and made an appointment to see why my air conditioner was making a screeching sound on low. He came and oiled all the parts and made some adjustments. He is my go-to handyman.
Recent Review: Everything went great; job required more work than expected but all was completed with through attention to detail --- we'll have to wait until a rain to see how well the new door seal works. I am hopeful!
Reviews in Albuquerque to Install Weather Stripping
This handyman is awesome! It's the second time I've used him and I will definitely use him again. He has my wholehearted recommendation . He is George Monserrat, handyman.

1. We had several handyman jobs performed. One was installing new weather stripping on the doors at the front of the house. The first problem was that the handyman never check how the weather stripping on the front door would affect locking the door. We found out after the man left that the front door weather stripping around the lock was too thick, and it made locking the door extremely difficult. We recently had some outside work done to the house, which required power washing the front of the house. All three doors that Handy Horner had installed new weather stripping leaked big time. 2. We had Handy Horner install a shelf on a wall and it was hung at a crooked angle. We did not want to put more holes in the wall, so we left it. 3. Handy Horner hung the sun shades. This little amount of work took him 7 hours to perform. Handy Horner is not the fasted worker out there.

Purchased 2 hours of handyman services for $79. The gentleman who came out was on time, and very friendly. He was very quick and got all my odd jobs done in under the two hours I had purchase. He asked if I had anything else, so just had him do a few quick things that I justed had not had time to do. Thinking contacting them again to do some yard and electrical work. Will see how that goes.

The shelf was crooked and he didn't check to see if the weather stripping was put in properly. I would not hire him again.

DHandyman Connection- Albuquerque
He came over late for the estimate and Handyman Connection called to tell me he would be late because they hadn't contacted him. He told me the job would take most of two days starting on June 5 at 10am and ending on June 6. He called on June 5 and had a family incident come up and said he would be at my home later in the afternoon. He called later and said he wasn't going to be able to make it at all on the 5th. He said he would be there at 9am on June 6 and finish that day. He came about 9:30 on June 6 and my son was home and I got home about 10:30 to find him painting something wrong. He got the paint off the beam but left it stripped of sealer and continued to paint as we had talked. He asked if we had the sealer and I didn't think we did. Soon another person came and helped him and they accomplished everything we had talked about in about 6 hours. He was filling out paper work and told me he would knock off $25 for the problem on the beam and he wouldn't charge me additional for the weather strip which was included in the estimate and that he would mention on the invoice that the "owner helped clean". He also told me not to tell Handyman Connection that there had been two people at my home because they would pay him less. I had also purchased two gallons of paint for the job so at the end of the job I asked where the paint was and he said they couldn't find the lid for one of the paint cans and said it had disappeared off the front steps. He left and I found the paint lid (not on the front steps but where he probably left it) and no paint so I called him and told him that I found the lid and asked where the paint was and he said he was going to get a lid for it. He never mentioned returning with the paint after my initial inquiry. I think $750 for 6 hours of work ($125 /hour) is ridiculously expensive and I would not use Handyman Connection again. I felt that the man was not truthful, rushed and didn't want to "work in the heat" and most of the time he was here he was in the shade. My experience was not good.

The experience was excellent. He came over promptly. We called him and he came by the next day. He was experienced, analytical and thoughtful about how to solve problems in an old house. He came back while I was out of town. He solved a number of problems relating to weather stripping, a new threshold, improving the drainage on the porch and removing a shower enclosure. He is excellent at what he does. The price was fair.

Martin has done it again! He is fast, very personable, and great at fixing things. Our door had needed weatherstripping replaced for a year, and he did that and some adjusting that makes it so easy to close. Also, our front storm door had a handle that fell off every other time you used it, and somehow, even though I can't see any screws, made it fool proof!
