Recent Review: They are very expensive. They charged 130$ just to come and they do not apply that to any repair. I called them back today which I shouldn't have done. I should have done more research because that was awful lot of money. They came and did what they were supposed to do. They did not do anything more or less than what they were supposed to do.
Recent Review: I am upset because he still charged her $65 just for a service charge, and he didn't do anything. When I called to speak with someone, they were very rude with me over the phone. I would not recommend them to anyone! Based off my interaction with this company, I have decided to use someone else.

Recent Review: Rich was very responsive . He answered phone promptly, was professional & easily fixed problem with stuck burner & checked others. Was impressed to overhear him take call from prospective client & hear rich suggest easy, cheap DIY fix to try first.
We had Larry come in to repair two items. The first was the oven which Larry repaired the first day. The gas stove required new parts so Larry had to return. They didn't send him all the required parts which meant he had to return a third time but he didn't charge for labor the third time. Can't ask for much more than that. I would definitely use him again.

First Tom arrived on time. Tom identified the issue and explained the ignitor was burned out. Tom walked through each step of the process and explained what was required to fix the issue. We were lucky, Tom had the part on his truck and the stove was up and running quickly. This fix was critical to us closing on a home and allowed us to complete the final walkthrough. AACCURATE APPLIANCE REPAIR
Ignitor was replaced on a gas stove. price ok. Only thing i had a problem with is they set up appt. for 1:30 to 3:30 pm and I did explain i needed someone to be at tenants appt. so I need the time they would be at the house. He showed up at 1:00 pm instead. Glad I had another appliance for him to look at first which it didn't pay to fix. Reason is he said he can't wait till 1:30 for tenant to be at appt. and would have to come back another time. As it turned out it did work out. I did contact my tenant to come right away and he did therefore I was able to get service. He did say they were supposed to call me and let me know he was coming early and didn't. This is the only reason I give punctually a B due to coming early and I did tell them they need to give me a time slot and no call and He would of left as stated. It did work out and maybe I should of given a A all around not sure but pressure was on and should of received a call.
