Recent Review: When I got to her house, her downstairs was in water. He was the second person I called. The first person was the insurance company. The second person was the plumber. I said, "Ritchey, you gotta get over here." Within 20 minutes, he was in my mother's house. I don't know where he was, but he had to be close enough to get there and shut the water off to make sure it stopped running. He's extremely reliable, extremely. He came a few times. But here was the thing, they wound up gutting the bathroom because it was flooded. He took the toilet out, the sink out, because they gutted the place, and he had to replace the flange that the toilet sits on. When he took the old toilet off, (because they really gutted the whole bathroom off, that's how flooded it was), the flange had rotted. So he said, "you might as well fix this". So, he replaced that flange, he had to get a new toilet for us. That $600 dollars included him taking everything out and getting rid of it and him putting everything back in new. That was a new sink and vanity, a new faucet, a new toilet. Yeah, it was a mess. I guess you use them for so long and he's not looking to get rich. I always think it's fair. Whatever he says to me, I don't feel like I'm getting taken for a ride. I always feel like it's a fair price. I don't ever question what he says. I don't.
