Painting of garage door, shed door and bedroom by a young lady was fine; siding replacement was fine. Mr. Juarez himself and another guy did the rest of the work. Really bad from there out (kitchen, dining room, upstairs landing). No show/no courtesy call 4 times for scheduled appts (wasted vacation days)! Mud applied to new drywall was clumpy, uneven and unsanded by all the trim (door, windows, kitchen countertop, cabinets, wall corners). Holes for outlets were bigger than the cover plates-not fixed after twice pointing that out. Trim was not masked off so paint overlap was on everything. Asked that kitchen door be sanded prior to painting, but wasn't done. After cabinets were sanded, Mr. Juarez used my paper towels to apply the stain and the varnish. When I questioned that, he said he didn't have a paint brush!? Juarez Painting didn't have a paintbrush; so I provided one. Worksite was left a mess-no cleanup. Much of this was discovered after they left and I am today still trying to clean up the mess!
