ALake Mary Pool Services
They are here every week. We've been here 3 years and they've been doing it for 3 years. The guy Des is just a nice guy and we never have any problems. He's just a good guy.

FALL PRO POOL SERVICE
June 3rd we contacted Lori at All Pro to have them come try to find the leak in our pool- we were losing over an inch a day. After losing a significant amount of water for 3 days I called again with the hopes of finding out when they'd be coming. I was told that he schedules based on location and that when he was in Charlotte he'd get to me. David would eventually come on June 11th. He believed the leak to be behind the light, a common problem. He instructed me to use "Plumbers Goop" to caulk/seal. Did not use any leak detection equipment to check the rest of the pool. He left after 30 minutes at the pool to go install 2 DE Filters at other sites. I swam out June 12th to do so and noticed the water level was lower. I used the goop and marked the water line with painters tape. By morning it was obvious that we were still leaking a significant amount of water. I left a message that night on their answering machine. I called Lori June 13th just before noon after not hearing back from her. She hadn t listened to my message yet, and I let them know that the pool was still leaking. She told me she would call David immediately. June 14th I called and implored them to come back ASAP. June 16th I called to inquire when they would return, Lori told me Monday or Wednesday, David would be in Charlotte. I begged her to call me back Monday and let me know even if I'd have to wait until Wed. June 17th and 18th no one called, no one came. June 19th I called someone else and canceled my "appointment with All Pro Pools.

FThompson Nursery Inc
I would not recommend Thompson Nursery. They messed up my pool, big time. As a matter a fact, I'm not even paying them. They still haven't come back out to finish the job. They put the liner in wrong. They lost half the screws to my pool. They didn't put all the capping around the top, they put the holder that holds the liner in wrong, and then they cut part of it off! They were charging me $600 for just the labor, and I furnished the liner. There aren't too many places that install pool liners in the area. I imagine Thompson's pricing is in line with every one else. They have made 3 trips out. I have called, and emailed them. When the pool started collapsing, he told me I had the wrong size liner. We finished installing the liner ourselves. We just followed the company's instructions, and it went in fine. Thompson's punctuality was good, and they were nice, but they did a terrible job. They just didn't know what they were doing.
