Recent Review: Based on reviews here, I contacted Jenna to ask about getting a quote. We worked out a time in our schedule. She came with notepad, laser measuring tool, paint suggestions. Two days later I had an emailed detailed estimate sent to me. The cost quoted included good quality low-VOC paint, which she procured. After some scheduling negotiations, we settled upon a start date of May 7. I moved the furniture, took everything off the walls, and removed some of the old drapery hardware, and marked with post-its what hangers to leave in place. When I came home for lunch, much of the prep work was being completed by Jenna and 2 of her crew members. My furniture was well-covered, there were ample dropcloths, and everyone was working hard. When I came home on May 8 at 3:00, the job was complete. I did need them to adjust the position of my piano, but I just emailed Jenna and she had it taken care of the next day. The paint job looks great - the plaster walls are smooth, the lines are precise, the color is even. Great job! I would recommend SEP to others and will likely use them again. Communications were very professional, timely, and friendly, and the job was done quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption.
