Recent Review: Todd was professional, punctual, and easy to work with (including with our budget) - great customer service.  His crew was also very professional and helpful. The quality of the fence was great and had no issues, as well as with the irrigation system. I would definitely recommend his services, and we are considering working with them again for landscaping in the future. The only recommendation I do have before contracting with any irrigation service is to ask about any state/city code requirements.  A backflow was required by law, which Todd informed us about.  However, he was not aware of, nor was our city (who granted the irrigation permit), that NC requires a separate water meter for the irrigation system.  The state notified us about this after installation was complete, which will tack on an additional $1500 or so. Todd was unaware of this requirement, but says they will be sure to connect our system to the meter once it is installed.

Recent Review: Provider arrived as scheduled.  It was a cold and drizzling day.  Provider completed job and left large piles of dirt and concrete around each fence post.  I was told, "don't worry" these will wash away.  I called them back two weeks later and they came out and told my wife that these piles were only dirt and there wasnt anything for them to do about it..  Now, 6 weeks after job was done, I have to pay someone else to clean up this mess after paying $3400 to Mossy Oak for a job NOT done well. In addition, they left plastic pieces all over the yard.  The person answering the phone. Colleen, was very nice when we set up the job but was just the opposite when we called about the dirt piles and need for them to clean it up.

Recent Review: They arrived early in the morning and installed a chain link fence with one drive thru gate and one walk thru gate. They did really good work and also done some roof repairs. These guys seem to know how to do everything. This is the second time  we have used them and are highly satisfied with their work.

Recent Review: Horrible. In fact, they "repossessed" another fence to install mine, which was their excuse for being late. Moreover, they spent more time asking for orange juice when they should have been installing. More than five service calls went unanswered (the fence is simply falling down; I reinforced it with shims, but it needs to be readjusted) and every other time has been the "orange juice man" who creeps my wife out. I highly recommend using another fence company (Arnolds, etc) to avoid the troubles that I have had.

CBasic Lawn And Fence
Initially had no problem staying in touch and setting up a date/time to do the work. After the fence was put up I had a few issues in reference to it not being level across in some areas and it the gates didnt seem to be fitted properly. Also, one lock is fitted on one side of the single door and the other lock was installed on the opposite side which seemed a bit unusal. All of this was brought to his attention, -he agreed to move a sprinkler that was right above the double door and never returned to do that. Seems like a nice guy but for the price charged for the fence, I would expect a better level of customer service and promptness towards his customers. I'm still in the process of finding someone else to correct the problems that i was left with.

I called 3 times over the course of a week and a half and got no one to respond to me. The woman I finally spoke to on the phone was extremely dismissive when I explained I had been trying to call and get someone to install a fence. She told me they were busy - Aren't we all honey. If you are in the business to install fences, being too busy to install a fence doesn't really seem logical. Even if your workload is booked, it is common courtesy (or so I thought) to at least make your customer aware of the situation and give an approximate date of response or lead time. Never again. And I STILL don't have a fence.
