Randall started upstairs with two bedrooms and a bathroom. He removed popcorn ceilings, painted, changed door hardware, installed hardwood flooring, new bathroom cabinet and plumbing. From there, he installed hardwood stairs and new handrail, removed fiberglass shower, made shower larger, had wallpaper removed, tiled the shower, jetted tub surround, dresser top. He installed new plumbing, changed door hardware, removed popcorn ceiling and wallpaper, painted walls. He then removed popcorn ceiling from the master bedroom, installed crown moulding and baseboard after installing prefinished hardwood flooring. Replaced door hardware, added chair rail, and painted. Moving into the living room, he removed popcorn ceiling, installed crown moulding, baseboard, hardwood flooring, chair rail, and painted. Covered brick fireplace with granite tile, had custom cabinets built and installed. Removed popcorn ceiling, painted laundry room, installed new vanity and baseboard, and painted. In the kitchen, he removed popcorn ceiling, painted, removed all cabinets, had his cabinetmaker create new custom cabinets (beautiful job, and again, VERY reasonable) and installed them. Laid new tile floor, tile backsplash, had granite countertops installed, removed popcorn ceiling, and painted walls and new chair rail. In the basement, he replaced stairs with hardwood, added new handrail. Removed carpet, replaced with18" tile in office and den, covered fireplace with granite tile, had custom cabinets and mantle built and installed. Painted walls and ceiling. Replaced 1/2 bath vanity, and painted walls. Installed new baseboard. Demo'ed old deck, added new columns, built new larger deck using 5/4 Cox double treated lumber. Stained the deck. Powerwashed the front porch railing and pickets and painted. Took pictures of before and after, put on CD and given to us.
