The initial crew, David and Travis, arrived on time and worked diligently and quickly in the short attic space. Beautiful installation with all new air handlers and appropriately mounted/installed drip pan, air handlers and heater. Initially worked great until we discovered a leak in the skylight late at night. We contacted their 24/7 service number and got a prompt return call. The on-call service tech requested we turn off the system immediately and offered to come out to take care of residual water until the installation crew could return the next day and figure out what happened. Turned out that the installation kit for the inside evaporator coil was missing a kit part that was not on the installation specs. O'Brien went all out to fix the issue, overnighting the missing kit part and pulling in additional techs to do pull out and reinstall the coil with the kit. I know many companies who will do their best to divert attention from a mistake but O'Brien has shown what kind of company they are. Every service company makes mistakes, even the best. It's what they do when they're faced with a mistake that sets companies apart. We received calls from the original installation crew apologizing for the mistake, offers by the company to correct any secondary effects from the leak (there were none) and genuine concern to make things right. They have my business for good.
