Recent Review: I had already paid back in the spring and there was an additional $55 because of the nature of my system.  They have to replace the humidifier water panel every year. They are very clean and pick up everything. In years past they have also replaced my unit completely and they were fabulous.

Recent Review: I have a contract with them for service twice a year. I've been having trouble with extra humidity in the house since they put the heat pump in. One of them corrected it partway, and then back in the spring, another technician made some more adjustments, so now I don't have that problem. It's a humidifier that is part of the thermostat, so now it's set to dehumidify the house.

Recent Review: We recently moved into a 13 year old house. I called a different heating and air company out to service my furnaces.  When they came out (different company that had done prior AC work on this house), they shook their heads when they saw the furnaces. They told me all 3 humidifiers were leaking, and said prior homeowner had 3 incorrectly (and not working) installed electric air filters (installed where the Trane Perfect Flow filter should have been).  They told me they'd call me back the next day to give me a quote on fixing everything (and they never did).. While the other company was here, I went through some paperwork, and saw that Hensley had been the original company that installed the furnaces. Thinking they would shed some light on the weird install of the electric air filters, I called them. They came out within 24 hours. John was the nicest guy that came to my house from Hensley. He looked at everything (was at my house almost an hour) and he said for $335 (or so) he would replace the humidifier filters (hoping that would fix the leak since they were clogged) and fix the filter situation for all the furnaces. Turns out Hensley was not the onethat put those electronic air filters in backwards. He came back the next day with 2 other people. He sealed up and removed the non working electronic filters and built a new niche for the new filters. He did a lot of work on the humidifiers and turned out they were broken beyond repair. I 100% trusted John and felt like he was extremely honest. Since he could not get the humidifiers working, the bill was reduced to $225, and they were at my house 2 hours, plus the original service call where he looked at everything (I did not pay anything on that visit). 100% will use them in the future for heating and air needs. I might add I have had a lot of contractors in the house doing work, and most send out young, somewhat inexperienced workers. John seemed very experienced, honest, and ethical.

Recent Review: Dan and Tyler arrived ready to install a new humidifier I had ordered over the phone. After looking at our new furnace and crawling under the house to check our vent system they recommended (and explained why) a different type of humidifier. The system they recommended and installed was $1000 less than the humidifier I ordered. What a novel idea---technicians that want to install what's best for the customer---not what's the most expensive and makes the company the most money. The install was quick, clean and the humidifier does a great job. Mowery is our type of customer friendly company!

DAir Masters Air Conditioning And Heating
The guy comes out and knows nothing about the humidifier! He turns the water off from the hot water line and says that it is fixed and then charges me 75.00 for the trip. Terrible all around.

DGreenway Home Services
I have used Greenway Home Services for a few years now. I am a VIP customer and while I can't say that the experience has ALWAYS been perfect they have always taken care of me and made up for it when things are not right. I wanted to get a quote for adding a humidifier to my system, so I called them to discuss this and get an idea of what my options are. I spoke with someone at their call center and informed them of what I was looking for, that individual told me that Shawn would call me to discuss this shortly. Approximately 3 hours later, I get a call from Shawn and he informs me that he's 5 minutes from my house, I just happened to be home but I was not expecting them, since I was expecting an informational call to discuss this in a leisurely manner for the purposes of gathering information. Once he arrived with another individual in tow, he asked me a few questions and I showed him where I was having an issue with floors separating and joints in the walls popping. He asked me to see the furnaces so I took them both upstairs. Once they arrived upstairs, they launched into a 10 minute HVAC system bashing, that while I appreciate their opinion as professionals, did not make me feel comfortable. It seemed to me like they were trying to pressure me and convince me that I needed to replace both units when what I wanted to discuss with them was the installation of a humidifier. Shawn called in and got some prices and informed me that in order to install the Aprilaire 700 it was going to run about $1300 for one unit. The second option was to use the Honeywell TrueSteam (not sure what model) but that was going to cost approximately $1800 for one unit. Now, I have done some research and the AprilAire 700 costs about $300 for the whole unit with the control module included and the Honeywell might run about $500 maybe $600. So what I want to know is where did the $1300 and $1800 price come from? How could it cost $1000 to install a humidifier? In any event, at this point I was uncomfortable with this conversation so I cut it short. I was not given anything in writing and was glad to see them go. I just renewed my VIP contract with them and I am seriously considering calling them and cancelling that contract. This was a terrible customer service experience in my opinion and I am NOT happy.
