Very well. The crew came out, took care of the older heater, installed the new pool heater and made sure it was working. Great job.

Reflections did a great job. They are very knowledgeable and professional and they went the extra mile at no extra charge to replace our old pool heater that was located 8 ft off the ground (which is an unusual installation.) The new heater works great and we could not be happier with the advice and workmanship. Would hire again to take care of our pool needs.

Dave and his partner did a great job at removing and replacing a new hot water heater for me. They were even a little early allowing me to get out of my condo even sooner. Very professional and prices very reasonable. Dave even answered his phone while having dinner on his birthday. :-)  Thank you again for your services.

DBob The Handyman
The repairs to the rental home were satisfactory but sloppy. Sheet rock mud was not sanded in many areas and mud somehow ended up in the kitchen sink. Little clean-up was done inside the home. The problems came when he replaced the water heaters. He was to use PEX line when replacing them. The water heater in my home ended up with the pipes coming apart below the shut-off valve and causing a major flood in our home. Once called, he sent a worker to come out. The employee glued the pipe back together and we waited until the next day to turn the water back on. The pipes came apart again. The water heater was not installed using PEX line. Once called again he finally came out and replaced the line with PEX, no problems since. I then asked about the other water heater in my rental. He said it was fine. I had to go out of town and five days later I checked on the rental. The pipes had come apart below the shut-off valve and the water had been gushing out for days! The floor had about an inch of water standing. The sub-floor was buckled, soft, and ruined. The linoleum was bubbled, glue had became undone. The water heater was starting to fall through the floor and the house smelled like mold. I called him and he sent a worker out the next day. The employee replaced the water lines with PEX and used a shop vac on the living room floor. I called Bob and told him the floor would have to be replaced. He said he could have someone out next week, as he was very busy. Next week came and no one showed, I called again. Bob then said it would be a few more days, I waited and nothing. I kept calling and he kept giving me more dates and no one ever showed. I continued to call and leave messages. The last I heard from Bob was at the first of the year (Jan 2014). He ignored all my other calls. Bob is supposed to be insured and should repair the damage caused by him or his employee's failing to use the materials that were agreed to be used. There is more than $5,000 worth of damage done due to the water damage; sub-floor, linoleum, carpet, insulation, base-boards, removal of mold, etc. I am loosing rent income due to his failure to fix his mistake. I will have to take him to court now to get the money to fix all of the damages Bob the Handyman caused.

FVAUGHAN POOLS & SPAS
Whatever you do, DON'T LET THEM BUILD YOUR POOL. Complete nightmare 3 years later, hot tub leaks, plaster looks like the surface of the moon, heaters don't work, fence is broken, water seeping out back wall, list keeps growing. They don't have a clue how to build a pool, but they sure collect your money fast!

AWest Mechanical Services
I had called about getting a hot water unit replaced. I noticed they had many other services and asked if they could also quote me on cleaning my vent system. A gentleman by the name of Dave showed up the same day and looked over our vent system and the hot water heater. I had the quote the following morning which was super affordable compared to the hot water pricing we looked into when we were thinking about do the work ourselves. This was a no-brainer and we approved the quote. A woman called and scheduled the best time to perform the work, which with our work hours would only be possible on the weekends. They had no problem with that and showed up just before the scheduled time on Sat the 17th. It was a two man team who were very professional. Dave was one and I believe the other gentleman's name was Eli. They were professional and knowledgeable. Dave started the vent cleaning setup while Eli changed the hot water tank. The tank was replaced within an hour and then they both worked on the vent cleaning. It took about four and half hours and they were done. I was able to see what was cleaned from my vents and it was then I saw that this service was priceless as my family was breaking in all that dust and stuff. Honestly I had no idea that vents build up to such a disgusting mess. It was an excellent experience and I would use them again without a doubt.
