Recent Review: Called on 3/30/2015 at 7;30 am. Couldn't come until 3/31. Service man came at appointed time and said he could not repair faucet, we would have to have a new one. They could find a replacement and send email picture for us to review. After calling office on 4/1 since not hearing anything, finally told found faucet and would email picture but needed response within the hour since going home. Told them to go ahead and order. Said due to Good Friday would probably be Monday before could install. No response on Monday. Called Tuesday, faucet not in, called Wednesday, faucet not in. Called Thursday, told faucet was back ordered but should ship today. Heggemann finally called late Thursday and said we were scheduled for installation Monday 4/13 between 1-3 pm. We were without a kitchen sink for two weeks because they didn't tell us the faucet was back ordered when they called the original order. I found two other faucets on the internet we could have ordered but no one told us. When questioned the owner, Ron Heggemann could not explain why he didn't call us and tell us the faucet was back ordered. We will NEVER use them again. We had used them previously with OK service. Not spectacular but OK. Both servicemen who came to our home were nice and the second one was very apologetic and sympathetic, but he doesn't run the company.
