They young man who came out was courteous, explained what he was doing, and came out to double check his work afterwards.

Amazing. I didn't think it could be done but they did it. A very clean, quick, professional job ,,, Highly recommended.

My gas furnace and electric baseboards were not working. Garner sent out a technician to fix both in 2-3 hours. The gas furnace has a faulty flue valve, and the baseboards had a burnt out connection. Unfortunately, the flue valve needed some more tweaking, so Garner sent the technician out a second time at no charge. I'm satisfied, and would recommend them.

Victor was so professional! He arrived the same day I called. He was very patient and explained everything and answered all of my questions. The work was done in a timely manner and he cleaned up when he finished. I will definitely use Graf again. Victor is a terrific asset to the company!!!!

Everything was installed in a timely manner. But they failed to check the new lines and connections ,Noticed a rotten smell in the house after they left. we questioned them if it could be a gas leak they said no. Two weeks later, when a different company came to fill our propane, they tested the line and called us to tell us we had a propane leak some where in the house.We called Hartley's and told them that there was a problem. They came out the next day and found that they had not connected fittings correctly. They fixed the problem. But in the course of 2 weeks we had 160 lbs of propane leak under our house. Mr Hartley Called me him self and offered to pay to replace all the missing propane . Everything is fixed running well.

Overall he is a nice guy and he explain things and gives you advise. He is very personable, reliable and honest

when I got home from work I smelled a strong odor of gas. I called Reeds 24hr Plumbing & Drain and the lady that I spoke with on the phone said she would get a technician to call me back immediately. within minutes I was contacted and the gentleman told me what to do to get the gas shut off till he arrived. I was really surprised that he said he was in the area and would be here with-in 1hr or less. He showed up in less then 30 min. He was very nice and located the leak very quickly. I was given a price before he did any work and he told me  exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it.. It took him a little less then an hour and was clean, courteous and  friendly. As he was going over the bill he asked me if I ever served in the military? I not only was pleased with this technician  but I was given a 10% discount for serving our country. Thank you Reeds plumbing for doing a great job and your prices were reasonable and to me even seemed very low. I will use your company again and recommend you to my friends and family!

THIS COMPANY MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE THE ONLY FAMILY OUT THERE NEEDING THEIR SERVICE. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND DID THE JOB RIGHT. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FORM THEM.

D & M plumbing once again provided me with outstanding service. He agreed to call me 30 minutes before arriving so I could get over to the house. When he arrived he checked everything out and even gave me a little lesson on what to look for. He then bled the gas line and showed me how to do it. He also informed me on the information on the data plate and gave me the contact information in case I ever need warranty work since the water heater is only two years old. D & M Plumbing will be the only plumbing company I use.

I called one day, and they arrived early the next morning. They were on time and worked efficiently. They were curtious and friendly but did not waste time with chit chat. They cleaned up after themselved and pushed my stove in place before they left. I was very pleased.
