UPDATE: About 10 days after the repairs were finished, the president of the company called me, said he saw that we had been double-billed, apologized for that and sent a refund for the follow-up visit. Great conversation, very friendly folks and as I say below, the final work was perfect. Thanks Aries! ------- I know just enough about plumbing to know what I can and cannot fix. When our Delta shower faucet starting acting up, I was 99% sure the cartridge needed replacing, and was 100% sure I'd break something (again) if I tried it myself. Based on Angie's List recommendations, I called Aries. Very responsive, quick service, very professional on phone. One of their plumbers came out, determined it wasn't the cartridge, but washers that needed replacing - about $140 for the service. Seemed a bit ritzy, but it was fixed, so fine. Plumber was professional, friendly, etc. Repair lasted two days before faucet started malfunctioning again. A couple days later, I called Aries, expecting they would send someone to fix the now unfixed problem on the same ticket. Different plumber came out two days later, determined faucet problem was in fact a bad cartridge, and replaced it quickly and professionally, no problems at all since then. Originally we were double-billed for the repair jobs but that has since been remedied.
