When they did my installation of a new lawn sprinkler system, they cut two electrical wires. The first they fixed easily, the second not so easily. During the repair process on the second repair, I overheard the foreman speaking on his cell phone, complaining to someone - presumably the owner - that he was getting tired of fixing other installers mistakes. He also admitted to me that they had equipment to locate the lines and should have done it before the dug the trench. They eventually did fix both electrical problems. However, when it came time to close the sprinkler system for the winter, it was a whole different story. I contacted the owner, who requested I e-mail him the date I wanted to have it closed. I did. He e-mailed me back saying he would "take care of it." A couple of weeks later, I called their office to confirm the installation date. They not only had moved it to about 3 weeks later than I had requested, they had made no effort to notify me. So I rescheduled to another date that I knew I could be available to let them access the control panel. When that day came, they didn't show up. They didn't call me either. So, I called the office and they confirmed I was on their schedule but didn't know why the crew had not been to my house. After a follow up call, I was told they got tied up on another job. So I spoke with the owner. He was rude. He would not even let me finish explaining the details of the scheduling problems, cutting me off in mid sentence. He even said it wasn't his problem, he "didn't work in the office." I told him how poorly I thought this had been handled and even mentioned the cutting of the wire during the installation. He then tried to blame it on me saying it was my responsibilty to tell them where those underground wires were. When I told him about me overhearing the conversation of his foreman, he only got more upset. Eventually, I forwarded to him his own e-mails. His attitude improved with follow up e-mails, but still didn't seem to accept responsibility for his own companies actions. In his follow up e-mail, he even denied he had blamed me for the cut lines during the installation. I rescheduled my sprinkler winterization with another company. I definitely would not recommend this company under any circumstances.
