Recent Review: Start to finish 15 min. including reading instructions. Tip: when draining tank, take lower nut off then place bowl under bottom of tank. then raise old guts (fill), let tank water empty. Quicker than sponge - a lot less messy.

Recent Review: Needed a new furnace - bad.  Sister recommended Curtis oil.  They quickly responded to my call and came out to talk with me.  Rep even put on shoe covers before coming into the house!!  He didn't push any sale or recommend high priced products.  Curtis oil even removed the oil tank that had been sitting in my basement (and stinking it up) for $50!  My only challenge was that the subcontractor who installed it did not have the proper equipment to make the hood for the venting so I had to look at a makeshift cardboard vent for a week, but it worked and it wasn't too cold out yet.  Customer service rep was super nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend Curtis oil for furnace installation!!

Recent Review: The crew of 3 guys arrived as scheduled at 8am and worked through 6 pm. The gas was not installed yet so Joe returned the next day, after it was hooked up, and started the boiler and did an inspection check. Everything went as planned, the workers were neat and efficient, and the boiler works good. I would recommend these guys. They did a good job.

Recent Review: I have never known a contractor to be so professional, pleasant, reliable, and honest.  This is the best company I have ever hired to do anything.  If I could hire them to do siding, windows and roofs, I would.  They came for a free estimate, gave me lots of options, tolerated my yappy dog, and got the job done fast and right.  When a fuse burned out on the furnace some time later, they came within two hours, and replaced it for free.

Recent Review: Bill came to the property to give me an estimate, went through all my options, answered my questions. The next day his crew came on time and installed the new furnace, removed the old one and oil tank, cleaned up and had everything working. The price was lower than the other estimates, and I feel I got a superior unit and quality installation. I would recomend this company to anyone! A+ job!

Recent Review: I called at about 7am to make an appointment. I got through right away not even a minute wait. Very nice and helpful person when I asked if they carry toilets to replace one I was advised that they do. I made an appointment for the same day for 11 am- 2pm. I was advised that they would call before coming to make sure someone would be there. I received a call at 11:00 am and he was there a few minutes later. I explained what was happening and that I was looking at getting the toilet replaced. I looked at the different toilet options he had. The key factor was that it had to be 17” off the floor, which he had. When he removed the tank we were able to look down and see that the vent hole that connected to the tank had cracks around the porcelain ring where the tank connected. Then when the rest of the toilet was removed I was relieved the there was no leakage and everything was ok. So in the end due to the cracks air leaked and there wasn’t a tight vacuum to keep the water level in the bowl causing it to slowly leak down the drain. When the new Gerber toilet was installed we could tell right away that when flushing the toilet it was working better that the Briggs. There was more oomph and that it took about 3-4 seconds less time from flush to refill. In addition the Gerber toilet tank is simpler than the Briggs tank which had a tank in the tank that had subdivisions in it and a lot of extra moving parts. Which had to be replace once 4 years ago.

Recent Review: Very well. Called Chris on a Mon. And he had someone out the very next day. Professional & respectful man. Set to work, made the obligatory trip to a hardware store, returned to complete the task. Price was comparable to other plumbers in the area. Service and professionalism, much better.

Joe and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would, about 8am. They worked until about 6 pm to mostly finish the job. Since the gas was not yet ready to go online, Joe came back the next morning to do the initial start up and to make sure everything was working right. The guys were professional, neat, and completed the job as contracted. I am very happy with our new 95% efficient boiler.

This company has stellar customer service!  I never expect much from any contractor, but this company goes above and beyond to do professional, high-quality work, while keeping good communication with the customer.  I was thoroughly impressed with not only Bruce but everyone in his company that came to do work at my house.  They were just great.

Having a heating system go out in January is a stressful experience, however they did well to make this process as easy as possible. Throughout the process of collecting bids, they were the most responsive and really had direct access to answers when needed. When looking to make some changes to the work and bring the cost down, they were able to make changes that helped the job fit into my budget better, without sacrificing too much efficiency or quality. Out of three bids recevied they were the only ones that were able to make this adjustment and ultimately was a factor in choosing them to complete the work. They were able to set a timeline for the work and met that schedule, which again was a relief being without a heating system in January. The day the work was performed, the crew arrived as scheduled and were able to complete the work as scheduled. I was given instructions on the new system, had a few questions answered and received a call from the owner following completion of the work. An issue did come up with one faucet that night, after calling they set a time up and were out first thing in the morning to correct the issue (which occured due to debris in the pipes of my old plumbing). I recevied another follow up call following the completion of that and although only one day after completion feel that the right contractor was chosen for the job. This occuring just days before I will be leaving on vacation, the fact that timelines were kept and the process was made simple has been a great relief. I was informed of a service schedule, what they would perform and covered by the warranty. In the end on top of all the work that was done, they maintained good communication and made such an effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I had received two positive recommendations for them leading up to this and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
