Recent Review: I had a faulty light switch in my bathroom and was worried about it shorting out/causing a fire. I called Thompson and Ward - they came out first thing the next morning. In and out, very nice and will be using them again in the future. Since there was a service fee on top of the parts, I should've thought ahead and have some of my other electrical needs ready to do for them but as a new homeowner - lesson learned! I was just thankful they were able to come out so quickly!

Recent Review: We called up Kuntz electric and one of the staff called that same day and came out the next day to do the repair. He had all the tools and made the repair very quickly. He then clean up immediately leaving no trace of his work in the hallway. I wish he had done a neater job taping the hole on the shower side but we are going to cover that tile and the hole with a walk in shower soon. The bill was very reasonable.

I had an overall good experience with this company. The electrician came promptly, asked the right kind of questions and was able to adjust our quote for last-minute changes for the scope of the work. He worked extremely hard and wasn't bothered by me sticking my head in and asking stupid questions. He worked all day and got all of our needs completed the same day. My only minor complaint is that he damaged a small part our wall when fishing some wires through a switch box and left me to deal with it. I understand things happen and sometimes damage occurs. However, when I asked about it, he just said that the company isn't responsible for fixing it. I know he's not a plaster guy, but still, even a couple bucks off for the trouble would've been nice. All-in-all it was a positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Thanks Rob.

What I anticipated should have been  a straightforward experience of installing two timer switches became complicated and expensive when the second switch became inoperative during programming, within minutes of the technician leaving. Thus, the company was called and asked to return. Because there was no way for me to know if the second stitch installed was defective or if it had been incorrectly installed or some other factor was at play, this call seemed necessary. I was not certain if leaving the inoperative switch might lead to further difficulty or safety issues. Thus, the overall objective was not accomplished (the company removed the second timer switch), and we were charged the cost of two visits, one regular install, and one complicated diagnostic charge. Overall, the total cost to me was more than I planned, although I appreciate that the circumstances required two visits because the second timer unit was defective, and there was no way for anyone to know that.  So overall, I am now out the cost of a timer switch, the cost of an electrician's visit, and in order to reach my objective, I have to purchase a new replacement switch and ill require an additional install. Arghhh... The company was punctual, responsive and professional. Hopefully, your project outcomes will be better.
