I felt it was a total rip off. $400 (with $80 off coupon otherwise $480) to unhook one end of the gas line, connect a yellow gas piping, and connect it to the dryer. Really? $400!!! Took him 15minutes (of which 10 minutes was him taking my payment information and writing up my bill). I was told Ben Franklin was the most expensive and obviously they are. Then the city inspector came over to close the permit and Ben Franklin's workmanship failed to pass! FAILED!!! My $400 failure. I had another plumber come over and spend 1.5hrs on the place for other repairs and it cost $125 (including materials). Ben Franklin = never again.

AMN Plumbing & Appliance Installation
Excellent. Staff was able to replace a section of line without tearing out any of the sheetrock ceiling. Did an excellent job.

Project went very well once they re-figured out they had my phone number incorrectly listed. Very courteous and made sure I was up to speed with any changes to the project.

very courteous and knowledgable; also had good sense of humor! Estimate provided was reasonable--have not yet received a bill. We would contact this entity again without hesitation.

Great! I would definitely hire Norblom again. Paul was prompt, very good at recognizing the problem and explained the work in detail.

BWeld & Sons Plumbing
I had a very mixed experience with this company. They were initially very responsive during the original quote process and when it came to booking the service. The technicians on site were/are worth their weight in gold, however the rest of the process wasn?t as smooth. They were unable to provide me with a final bill when the repair was done so I felt a bit in the dark about how close it came to the original estimate. I then had to contact the company multiple times to receive the bill ? it came two weeks later. At that time, the charge was twice what the original estimate came in at. I understand that a permit had to be pulled, materials were used, etc. so the cost would come in higher, however the labor took longer than originally expected. That said, I think very highly of the service men so was more than OK with it, but wanted a better understanding of why that was the case with what was expected to be a fairly straightforward job. I asked for an explanation when the bill was sent and still haven?t heard back. I?m tired of chasing the company down so am paying the bill and calling it done. While the service technicians are amazing I likely wouldn?t use again because the rest of the experience with the company has been less than ideal. Disappointed.

DRandy Lane & Sons Plumbing & Heating Inc
IN ADDITION TO A LABOR RATE THAT AVERAGED OUT TO WELL OVER $100 PER HOUR FOR 1 1/2 HOURS WORK, I WAS CHARGED ABOUT A 100% MARKUP ON PARTS (MORE THAN MY LOCAL HARDWARE STORE) AND A $25 MARKUP ON THE $50 COST OF THE PERMIT (AND THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED). AFTER SOME HEATED DISCUSSION, THEY REDUCED THE MATERIAL CHARGES FOR MY WORK BY ABOUT 1/3.

AG & H HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
When we need HVAC services, Michael is our go-to guy. He's prompt, courteous, and really knows his stuff. We've had planned services and emergencies, and he's taken such good care of us each time. We're planning to have our 20+ year-old furnace and air-conditioner replaced and he'll be the one to do it. Just can't say enough about what a great job he does.

AJim Morrison Plumbing Inc
I bought two hours of labor for $99 from Jim last summer. He came by before I purchased the deal and said what he thought he could do. It took ma a long time to find my cooktop. Jim got bus with other Angie's List jobs and at one point, sent out a note to those of us still hanging and apologized. But in my case, it was my own doing. When I finally needed to install the gas line Jim was very responsive. He worked fast and explained everything he was doing, and why. He finished the job in two hours, so all I had to pay for (beyond the deal) was parts. I told Jim I'd have him back later to do some bathroom plumbing.

ADana Hoagland Plumbing Inc
Dana was incredible. Showed up on time, installed the gas line in a very complicated situation. Moved the new stove into position, and installed. I did not expect that to be part of this service, but he did without hesitation. Cleaned up everything upon completion. Will definitely use again for other projects.

Recent Review: Excellent. Informed me of what was needed to perform the job. Added shut off valve and helped install the new oven. Tested for leaks and showed me how he tested. At the end of the day I felt good about the job that it was done correctly.
Recent Review: Perfect. Love these guys. Had them do one of my properties last year and I keep coming back to them to work on any new remodeling project I dream up. They are friendly, honest, happy to deal with all my wacko requests (like a fan in the laundry room). I always get several bids and these guys consistently come in on target or slightly better than the competition and they do a great job with complex projects. These guys aren't like other contractors who whine and moan about where you want stuff, they just make it happen!
Recent Review: Jamie gave us the good news and bad news. They also did a refrigerant charge on my old unit to get us by until they were able to install the new AC and furnace. Also caught the need for grounding of our gas line to bring it up to current building code.
Recent Review: We were in the process of selling my mother's home and had an inspection done as the seller. He found some plumbing/gas line issues that needed to be fixed. Emailed Jim the inspection report and he was able to give me a soft quote. He came out and fixed all the items in a timely matter and was right on with his price. I have also had Jim out to fix the laundry tub faucets at a rental house I own and will be using him again in the future as needed. Very courteous, clean, and on-time.
