Recent Review: The work was completed on time and it was a quality installation. I would definitely classify them as a reputable company because of the quality of their installers and the quality of the brands they carry. Their service was great and I have no complaints.
Recent Review: I used this company in the spring 2013 to replace a blower motor for the air conditioner and then because I was satisfied this fall to clean and tune up the furnance. The tech in both cases was very polite and informative. The work was done very well and the price seemed fair. I will use them in the future.
Recent Review: A different AC guy had said unit was shot and needed new unit. Pete went around and tightened a number of electrical contacts, inside and on outside unit. Problem solved. Saved me a big expense. He knows his stuff. Will call again.
Recent Review: Their installers were professional. They came in and did the job within the time they said it would take. They didn't leave a mess. They also followed up. We had an excellent experience with them.

Recent Review: Hinding is so great— they have been our go-to for heating and ac maintenance for a few years. This summer our ancient ac unit gave up, and Hinding installed a new unit. They provide great service and they are so trustworthy (we knew we received a fair and thoughtful estimate, and no crazy/unnecessary up sell).
Recent Review: I was very pleased with HVAC Doctor. Very professional. Great customer service, from first contact over the phone, the estimate and installation of our new air conditioning unit. Very knowledgeable. Employees were very respectful of my home. Quiet and courteous as they installed the air conditioner. Will definitely have them do work for me again.
Recent Review: I felt the salesman was attentive and responsive during the sales process. Center Point Energy contracted out the installation. The installation went fine except that the installation crew jig-saw through wood panelling to install the furnace and the end cosmetic effect is tacky and awful - even the inspector commented on the poor workmanship saying that the installation crew probably did not have the correct equipment with them and did not want to waste time by doing it correctly. Also, the position of the furnace filter is awkward and the position of metal supports for the furnace's vent make it very difficult to replace furnace filters.
I AM NOT 100% PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION CREW. HOWEVER, THE SALESMAN, DAVE JOHNSON, IS EXCELLENT. HE INSPECTED MY HOUSE CAREFULLY AND SUGGESTED MEANS TO CORRECT ANY PROBLEMS OF PREVIOUS INSTALLATION. HE THEN INSPECTED THE HOUSE AFTER THE NEW INSTALLATION, AND CALLED BACK HIS INSTALLATION CREW TO ENSURE THE INSTALLATION IS PERFECT.

AStandard Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
The Central Air Conditioner wasn't cooling and Standard Heating and AC diagnosed a bad part which they had previously replaced. They replaced the bad part again under warranty no questions asked. I have nothing but the highest recommendations for them.

AQUALITY AIR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, INC
I got 3 estimates for replacement of my old air conditioner and Quality Air provided the lowest estimate for the brand I was interested in. The owner, Mike, came out to write up the estimate. I had some questions about the proper sizing for the new unit and Mike took the time to measure the square footage and do the calculations rather than just estimating. We determined that the proper size was smaller than the old unit which saved me some money. Mike did the installation with an assistant. The work was done promptly with no problems.

Our central air conditioner broke down on the hottest day of the month. I contacted Rumpca Services that evening, and by the time I woke up the next morning, I had a reply in my email from Jason and Jeff was out within hours to provide a detailed estimate. All of the other providers I had contacted for an estimate were days, if not weeks, out from being able to even bid on the job, so I accepted the Rumpca's bid on the spot, which based on my research seemed right in line with what I expected to pay. We scheduled the work for a couple of days later, but because of unexpected circumstances at another job, the crew was able to install the unit at my place the next day. What I initially expected could take weeks, was wrapped up in less than 48 hours thanks to the great team at Rumpca. The Lennox air conditioner that they installed is doing a great job cooling the place, and the quality work and the cleanliness of the team exceeded my expectations. Very impressive.

ADitter Cooling & Heating
Of the companies we looked at Ditter and one other company stood out. Ditter was competitive in every way, but in the middle of a heat wave the other company was able to install the a/c a week earlier.

AAerostar Heating & Air
I am very impressed with Aerostar's whole package! Nathan Wentland was over the same afternoon to see what my problem was, the A-coil in my 28 year old central air unit was leaking into the furnace and onto the floor. Nathan explained that, as I had anticipated, I needed to replace the unit, he could have repaired it.. however the unit was 28 years old and it was just time. The young men were here promptly at 8am ... they were very tidy (no mess left over!!!) Nate even fixed my dryer vent problem! Thanks Nate! The work was done as Nate and I had discussed, no suprises or last minute this or that needing to be added to the cost. The guys were done by 12:30pm , vacuumed, the old unit gone, and he put in an air filter unti that I needed!!! All around a great experience!! I will call the guys at Aerostar for more work that I may need in the future. GREAT GUYS AT AEROSTAR !!! They know what they are doing and they cared about what I wanted and cared about my home.

AGolden Valley Heating & Air
Unit threw the circuit breaker and wouldn't reset. After technician reset the air conditioner, he tested everything out to see what caused the breaker to trip. He was unable to find the root cause. However, there was a relay in the furnace that was stuck and was causing the fan to run nonstop. Relay was replaced and technician said I would not be charged a diagnostic charge if the air conditioner replicates its problem and they need to make another service call.

Be very wary about this company. They came out to give me a bid for a new central air conditioning unit and told me I needed to have my furnace replaced because the new air conditioning coil would not fit. When he mentioned the new furnace I abruptly ended the conversation and thanked him for stopping by. After he left I called their office and asked what type of units they sold and was told Lennox. I had two other companies give me bids for Lennox air units and neither mentioned an issue with the coil not fitting properly. His office had him call me back after he left and he still insisted I needed a new furnace. He also recommended a larger unit than I needed. The other two companies recommended a 13 seer unit and this guy recommended a 15 or 16 seer unit because he said the smaller units were of lesser quality. Yet the other companies are offering a 10 year warranty on all parts and labor. So I don't think he is correct. He said the smaller coil was going to be a cheap knock off. I don't know if they are dishonest or incompetent but I don't trust them.
