Recent Review: Our home in Spooner Wisconsin had very high radon readings so I called DBS Solutions. Ron came out to meet with us. We also had some water issues in the basement that Ron was able to address, so we decided to have both problems fixed at the same time. We had some unusual requests in the placement of the pipes and fan for the radon. Ron was able to think outside of the box to make this happen. The job had some challenges. (weather, placement of components, crazy amount of rocks around the foundation) Ron and his crew were always cheerful and competent, very hard working. After completion, we were unhappy with how loud the radon fan was. Ron and Brandon headed back out and retooled the fan to make it much quieter. We are very happy with the work. No water in the basement, radon went from 28 to 1, outside and inside foundation looks great. I'd like to give a special thank you to Brandon. He worked the job from start to finish and did a great job.

Recent Review: Previous piering companies had tried and failed to solve our sinking foundation problem with undersized piers. After researching available options and getting quotes from a few companies, we chose Expert House Movers to excavate around our foundation, install custom made piers to support the weight of our house (full masonry, stone foundation, slate roof and terazzo floos) and spray a rubberized coating on the below ground portion of our foundation to stop future water penetrations in our stone foundation. They showed up promptly, performed the necessary work in a timely matter and were careful of the landscaping we wanted to keep. The job itself took longer than anticipated mostly due to additional work needed once the foundation was exposed (tuckpointing, new window wells, etc). There was minor damage to the sprinkler system and the water service line, but we were compensated for the damage by EHM. My only complaint was the amount of old drainage pipes and broken concrete that was left on site during the work and not removed until the end of the job.

Recent Review: My situation began when I was in the process of refinancing my home. The appraiser noticed a crack in the basement wall and required that I have it looked at by a professional before I could move forward with closing. I made what seemed like endless phone calls to try to get someone to come out and take a look at the foundation. I found Trinity on Google and gave them a call. I spoke with Cassandra and explained my situation. I knew how busy all of the contractors were, but Cassandra said that she would see what she could do and call me back. She did call back, and Jeff came out to take a look. It turned out that I did need to have some work done, and it was required that it be completed before I could close on my mortgage refinance. Even though they had an extremely busy schedule and multiple jobs going on, Trinity graciously agreed to do the work, and they did so in an extremely short amount of time! They came in, fixed the wall, dug up the side of the house, waterproofed it, etc. all in just a couple of days. Jeff was always checking in with me and making sure I knew what was happening, and everyone on the crew was great. They were extremely considerate and friendly. Due to my refinancing situation, there were some time constraints, and Cassandra was fantastic about helping me out and she was sending information/documents to the bank for me as they requested it. The work that Trinity did was excellent, and they did such a good job cleaning up and making my yard look good. I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing everyone at Trinity is, particularly Jeff and Cassandra. They went above and beyond and I am grateful for everything that they did for me. I don't know what I would have done without their help and I am so fortunate to have found them. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to have this type of work done! Trinity is definitely number one on my list!! Thank you!

Recent Review: These guys were fabulous. They were responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and did a great job. We had to excavate about a quarter of our perimeter, repair foundation, waterproof, add drain tile; also buried a sump line, brought in soil, seed and hay mulch. It was wonderful doing business with them

Recent Review: I was very pleased with the completed job… I had four companies submit bids this company was recommended even though they were from out of town… I chose their company because they were the most reasonable for what they were going to do and they could get in in a timely fashion… This was the house I was hired to remodel in the basement was wet damp and smelled musty and moldy which made the rest of the house smell it was not a big house… completed the job as described and when it was finished the basement was completely dry and there was no smell!… One week later the area received torrential rains with flooding but this basement remain dry… We were able to sell the house and advertise this as living space which increased the value tremendously and the realtor explained that it many homes in the area can advertised dry basement as this also came with a written warranty… Three years later the new homeowners have completely remodeled the basement and it has remained completely dry!… Would definitely recommend this company And would also use this company again in my future remodels… I’ve included finish pictures unfortunately I do not have a before picture but they were cracks in the walls and water on the floor

ANORTHERN STATES BASEMENT SYSTEMS
They did an excellent job and they completed the job in a timely manner.  In fact, they finished ahead of schedule.  We had a huge flood up here and the basement stayed bone dry.  I can’t say enough good things about the system itself; it did the job it was intended to do which is to keep my basement dry.  The test of whether it will stay dry under extreme circumstances was there with the flood.

Jeff from Trinity and Joe from Lenard Excavating worked very hard getting our home ready to move into. They tucked and mortared the block wall foundation, repaired cracks and core filled the block, then water proofed and sealed the walls along with the drain tile. Trinity warranty'd the work for 20 years... way above and beyond a traditional warranty. Trinity then worked on a 24' x 32' slab for a new garage. Jeff also teamed us up with Joe Lenard (Lenard Excavating) who did all our site prep and septic system. Since we were dealing with a late frost and road restrictions, they worked extra hrs to bring in smaller load compliant loads so that we could get moved in sooner. Jeff and Joe also teamed us up with a great Electrician (Jim Lenard), a heating professional (Joe Randall) and a great well driller (Bob Rasmussen). Being new to the area, this team of workers were an answer to prayer. We are very happy with the finished work and feel what we were charged was more than fair. We would highly recommend all of the above mentioned contractors.

DBasement Savers Inc
I called this company based upon newspaper and yellow pages ads for basement waterproofing. My basement had received some water as a result of the torrential downpour(s) experienced in June 2012. Basement Savers came to my residence and we discussed my specific circumstances. They proposed to dig up the north and east walls of my basement and then install a drainage system. They wanted to remove my deck from the north wall as part of the process to accomplish this. I didn't see a need for this as it was only about 16' long and I felt that the trench work could be done be either small machinery or hand dug for that distance by temporary help from an entity such as Manpower, which I would have arranged for myself. The contractor was dubious, but then stated that they would develop an estimate and mail it to me. To make a long story short, I never heard from them again. I'm sure that they were more than busy because of the massive flooding experienced in this region, but I find it inexcusable that they failed to respond in any fashion to me after stating that they would do so.
