Recent Review: They answered the phone but it took them a couple of weeks to get out. I was pleased with the price and had several estimates for the job. I wanted to be home when they came to do the work so they called the day before the came and when they were on their way.

Recent Review: I have used All Terrain twice this past summer and fall to edge and aerate my lawn.  The edging was done earlier in the summer but the owner of All Terrain recommended that the aeration be done in the spring or fall to get the most benefit from it.  Any other company probably would have just done both at once. I elected to do the aeration in the fall. The edging was done shortly after I called and the work was performed to my satisfaction.  When finished, all grass and dirt was cleaned up and removed.  When fall arrived, I received a call to confirm that I still wanted the lawn aerated and shortly thereafter, the crew came and left.  Again I had no complaints on the job done. I definately plan to use them again.

Recent Review: I haven't used them for about four years, but I just called them again today. They are very efficient. They are easy to deal with the billing. They didn't spray the yard and aerate for sod, weeds, and stuff, but they are very good. I know they are going to do their job and they are going to do a good job and they are reasonable. They are just very pleasant and easy to deal with. They are very professional. They are going to be coming here pretty soon because I just called them. Just talking to them on the phone, they are very professional and willing to work with me. I have a yearly contract with them. The price depends on what I get done. I am going to get 3 sprayings of our yard and it is $50.00 to get it aerated.

Recent Review: I asked Turf Team to come out and give me an estimate on spring clean-up and maybe mowing services for the summer season. Tyler Stopped out, and was even 10 minutes early for our intitial meeting. He asked me to walk him around the house and yard and explain what I was hoping for, and he even pointed out a few problem areas in my yard! He explained that because of the economy being as tough as it has been, his company provides Spring Clean-up, mowing and yard maintenance services fit to my requests, followed up by a fall clean-up, all for a monthly payment which they spread over 12 equal monthly payments to make it easier on my pocket book. After discussing my needs for my yard and my expectations, Tyler offered to provide spring clean-up, including leaf-removal, aerating my yard, re-mulching the flower beds and even roto-till my garden and prepare me vegetable garden bed, then he would continue to provide bi-weekly mowing, trimming, and blowing off grass clippings for a mere $65.00 a month. They provided great service, always on time, left my yard real clean-cut and professional looking and ALWAYS professional and curtious. They followed up with a fall clean-up and left me extremely satisfied, I will be using them again this year!

Recent Review: I contacted TruGreen the previous Fall of 2012 to get an inspection and treatment for my lawn. I was given a price for complete lawn care around $300. An appointment was given for the initial inspection. The person never came. I called their 800 number since there is no local number one can call. I talked with someone from Atlanta, GA who then transfered me to someone in South Bend, IN who said he would contact the local office in Williamsburg, MI to find out why no one ever showed for the scheduled appointment. No one contacted me! The following Spring, I decided to give TruGreen another chance. I contacted them and setup an appointment which took another 30 days before someone could show-up. The man arrived in mid-May to do the initial treatment. Dandelions had already been blooming prior to the visit as well as crabgrass. This was the pre-emgergent treatment for weeds. Obviously, the weeks had already begun to grow. A few days later a different man arrived to treat the trees and shrubs with fertilizer. In July, TruGreen came to treat the lawn for grubs. I called them to come back since the weeds were still taking over the lawn. TruGreen came back and sprayed for weeds. In July they came and sprayed for weeds, grubs and added more fertilizer. Each time, it appears I had a different expert. I initially asked for a copy of my lawn care program or maintenance plan. TruGreen was suppose to take samples of my soil so their experts could determine what treatments needed to be applied to my lawn. Each time a person arrived for treatment, I asked if they were taken samples for analysis. Each time, nothing was taken. I am paying for a lawn analysis and treatment based on soil samples and other information, but I have NOT received any details about my soil conditions, etc.. A new person, but a former employee came at the end of August to fertilize the lawn again. I was told from Satellite images that my lawn was a certain size and the complete treatment would be around $500. I have a neighbor who lives downstate who has a much larger lawn surface area than mine, and they were being charged $300 from TruGreen. My weeds are still flourishing despite their treatments. I was told to water my lawn. I informed the last TruGreen man that I have an irrigation system that waters the lawns twice everyday and that the brown color of the grass is not due to any lack of water. I thought perhaps that the lawn was damaged by fertilizer burn. He stated that it was a grass fungus that was killing the lawn. I wasn't given the name of this and quot;fungusand quot;! When you call the local TruGreen number you always reach their headquarters service center and have to talk to a tele-marketing agent. I am paying for a green lawn, but now it is brown and green. I never got the lawn analysis I paid for either. TruGreen should be back to aerate my lawn and then I'm done with them. I will do it myself next year!
