Business Description: RNS Services is a home service company offering a wide range of handyman, painting and home improvement services. I am an authorized dealer of Rain-out under deck ceilings and patio systems.
Business Description: All work is billed when the job is completed. That gives the customer the guarantee that we will complete the job to the best of our ability in a timely manor. All the risk is on us. For exceptionally large jobs, a portion of payment may be requested after the wash, but before the seal. Again, that is in the case where a large amount of material has to be purchased to complete the project.
This was the second time I have used Mike's service and like his first visit, he was on time, courteous and professional. He didn't get to replace the seal at the bottom of the door as I purchased the wrong one so that will be done the next time. I like this man's work and his prices are reasonable so I will have him return in the near future.

Very knowledgable about what needed to be done to keep the cold air from coming in around my doors. Did not try to talk me into something I didn't need. Thought I needed weather stripping around back door but all I need was a new doorknob unit that made the door shut tighter. Has made a great improvement.

Overall, they did fine. I have an old house in need of a few repairs. I gave them a call .They were very prompt in getting back with me and giving me an estimate. I thought the estimate was a little high after reading other reviews here on Angie's List but they were a local company and I prefer to use local businesses. We set up a date for them to come out. The date came and went. I called the office and Dave apologized saying there was a "miscommunication". We rescheduled for two weeks later. I was told the total job would take 3 days...it ended up taking 5. The first worker sent to do the gutters didn't like heights. He had to call in someone else to replace the attic vents and put on the dormer gutter. A different guy showed up to do the shower grouting(he did a fantastic job and was very quick). The front door, which I thought needed to be shimmed and moved over, was sealed with some weather stripping that took all of 20 minutes. All in all, they did a good job. I think I would hire them again.

I live in a condo. He does a lot of work for the people in this complex. He is very reasonable. He is very trustworthy. We were out of town and I gave him a key to my condo. He took care of installing the water heater and installing a stove vent, painting, drywall work. Anything that needs to be done, he is very good at. He is honesty, trustworthy and ability to get things done. He is very knowledgeable.

Mike was equipped with all necessary tools, and made short work of the work. He was easy to reach, prompt to arrive, and great to work with.

FDoug's Handyman Service
I've left two messages for him in the last week and he has yet to return my call. If he was too busy or just couldn't take on another job right now you would think he would at least afford you the courtesy of a return call.

I spent $1600 on the job. They did a kitchen tile project. It was an excellent experience. They showed up on time and did the work as specified. The cost was very reasonable compared to quotes I had received from other companies.

He did a good job on the services he provided and he's more than willing to come back to fix anything that may have blown off by the wind or anything.
