Recent Review: Our basement had water coming in between the walls and the floor after the winter thaw and subsequent heavy rains in the spring, despite having 2 sump pumps in one well and adding gutters and downspouts to the house last year. While waiting for a basement waterproofer we knew from our last home, we checked Angie's list and were impressed by the great reviews received about this company. We called, and the owner, Gary, came out that day to assess our situation, explain why were were getting the water, and recommend a plan to correct the problem. His knowledge of water management, his experience, his explanations, and the lifetime unconditional guarantee, convinced us that he was the right one to hire. The job was a very big job, and it took Gary and his crew 9 days working 8 hours a day to complete it, but they were all prompt, hardworking, professional, and knowledgeable, plus they all seemed to enjoy their job and take pride in their work. We often went downstairs to observe and ask questions, and Gary took the time to answer all our questions, as well as to explain in detail the various stages of the job as they were doing it. Because Gary was there on the job every day all day, the specifics of the internal drainage system was determined after all the trenching was done and they could see the best way for the water to flow. With a job like this, I would beware of a contractor that decides everything at the onset and is not there on the job, because flexibility seems to be important in getting the best outcome. In the end, although we would have preferred not to have needed to have this job done at all, we know that we made the right decision for a permanent solution, and we have complete confidence that this will solve our water problem. Thanks Gary and his crew!

Recent Review: James answered the phone right away and was able to schedule me within a couple of days (non-emergency). I had a new sump pump that he was able to install with just an adapter. He was honest and I would highly recommend All-Ways Dry and use them again in the future.

Recent Review: Experienced and polite crew of three. Informed me what they were going to do each day - all three days. Cleaned up and left entire area spotless. Explained lifetime warranty and gave me a number to call if I encountered any problems at any time. No problems to date. Basement completely dry. Have peace of mind and no more fear of emergency calls about water in the basement.  Well worth the investment!

Recent Review: Had to cut a clean out port into the drain line, then snaked it to the sewer. Flushed with a modestly pressurized water flow. Drain is flowing freely now. He took the time to explain the need for periodic maintenance now due to the tendency in this area to get a build up of 'red algae'. (The drain is now 24 years old and had never been cleaned.)

Our electric sump pump had failed multiple times after having another company try to fix it. Cregger Plumbing was able to come out same day and replace the sump pump the same day and was a very reasonable cost. I will continue to call Cregger Plumbing when I need a plumber.

Service was for a sewer line cleaning. I needed a sump pump discharge line cleaned. Provided said that the service only pertained to sewer lines and not sump pump discharge lines and would not provided the service.

I felt fortunate that I was able to find a plumber that would fix (replace) my sump pump the same day as the problem happened. I couldn't leave town before the sump pump was fixed since I didn't want the basement to get water in it. Excellent help from Mitch the Plumber repairman!

Greg replaced a check valve to backup sump pump that blew off.  It was too short to hold pipes together.

At first it was great, after about 6 months I noticed our basement would have minor flooding because the sump pump didn't kick on. Shifting the sump pump seemed to make it "kick in". Had to do that about 3-4 times after that and now it's 2 years later and the sump pump doesn't pump anymore. I'll try them out one more time right now but only because I don't know who else to call.

Bob is excellent. He was thoughtful enough to knock instead of ringing the door bell. Very timely and he completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up. Very cordial, including the customer service on the phone. Highly recommended. My friend hired them to replace the water heater and also spoke highly of Cregger.

Requested to install a new sump pump, they came and saw that the existing sump pump was not really a sump pump but something else that they didn't recognize. Therefore, NO service was performed. They still charged me the service fee and said they will provide intelligence on what I had installed previously. its been a week and I have not hear back since, therefore - F from my side.

Very disappointing.  John didn't want to bother removing the lid to the sump pump basin to find out the problem.  Total waste of time and money!  My brother in law came over the next day, removed the lid to the sump pump basin to check for any issues with the pump, and found an 18" clog coming out of the main drain line that dumps into the sump pump basin.
