We moved into a new home last year. During our first winter we noticed that on the coldest days some rooms were not warming up the way we expected them to. The air coming out of the vents didn't have much force either, it was like the fan was on low. We had Blue Water Plumbing and Heating come out to check it out. Their technician Brian showed up on time and was very pleasant. After an initial inspection we tried closing off various dampers to try to isolate the problem. Turns out that the previous owners never had the furnace calibrated when they initially installed it. He did a very thorough job and didn't give up even though the service call was a challenge. He spent about 5 hours on the job and only charged us for the service call. He did a great job. 6 months later, our central A/C unit died. So we called BWPH again to fix it. On his initial visit he found a bad condenser, we were hoping that was the only problem but it wasn't, the compressor was fried. Well the weather had already changed so it wasn't really urgent, so I told him to just come back, after he got the compressor, whenever it was convenient for him. The next day, rather than wait for the compressor to be delivered to him he drove about 100 miles, round trip, and picked it up. Within 3 days from the creation of the work order the unit was working again! Very speedy service at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend Blue Water Plumbing & Heating if you need the services they offer. We've been very pleased with the work they've done for us.

Came out to home personally on same day I called for estimate to discuss various options available. Offered a cost saving alternative to the air conditioner that needed to be replaced. Installation went smooth and looks professional. Solution has significantly reduced heating and cooling expenses by about 30%. Very satisfied and would use again without hesitation. (Hybrid Solution involves high efficiency heat pump and blower motor replacing 13-year old air conditioner. Now I can heat home with heat pump when temps are above 25 degrees, and cool home for about half the cost as the old A/C unit cost. I have cut propane use by almost 60%, and now have 3 ways to heat home, heat pump,propane furnace, or my existing wood stove.)

During the hottest week of the year my air conditioner broke. Called them out and they came right away and fix it. Great quick service.

Mike came out at 10 pm and on a Friday and fixed my air conditioner in the rain no less. Very quick response. Very professional. Highly recommend this company.

Marvin came out to fix our air conditioner, we needed a new capacitor. This was actually the second time Marvin came to our home, the first time being for an A/C tune up. Marvin is wonderful, very polite and nice. He never tried to up-sell us, either. We had actually tried to replace the capacitor ourselves (big mistake). He showed us what we'd done wrong and then corrected our (stupid) mistake. Now, the A/C works better than ever. We'll definitely be using Vincent's Heating and Plumbing for all our HVAC needs and requesting Marvin specifically.

Dave called us in the evening to set up an appointment for the next day. He and his partner came at the expected time,repaired the unit,explained the repairs, and we're very cordial. They were professional and reasonably priced. We appreciate their quick response as I was recovering from surgery and the temperatures were soaring. We would recommend them and will use this company again.

The technician, Joel, identified and repaired the problems quickly. He was very helpful in answering our questions about maintenance.

The install was completed in one day and the service men were very polite and professional. They answered my questions and explained what they were doing. The owner Mike was great and very responsive as I called him a few different times with questions.

Each staff member I interacted with was very professional and friendly. They were very quick to come out and evaluate the issue and provide options for solutions including addressing and explaining safety concerns. They seemed very honest and helpful and did a terrific job installing the new equipment as well as providing financing options. They also were very courteous and careful about not leaving a mess behind. Additionally they scheduled a follow up visit in one week to ensure all is working well. We were very happy to find them and highly recommend.
