Recent Review: Pete built a bench, cubby and tile shelves in a shower enclosure. He tiled all and installed a shower door. This job included renewing a shower drain in a basement floor and cementing that in. Gregg Persing was called in to do this work. The job went well with Pete waiting for cement and glue to cure appropriately before going on to next steps. He also included some special tiles we wanted in the shower walls.

Recent Review: Remember when a store advertised their appliances as Good, Better, Best? I like that and these guys understand when I asked for better or best in replacement parts. I picked out the showerhead/ faucet units; they installed them both. They clean up after themselves and cart away the trash. I looked at the website and picked out the shower unit. There are three men - Paul (former owner), Greg (current owner), and Nick (helper)...all very friendly. And good. And flexible. At first I thought I would be fine without a shower door but once the new unit was in, I decided that it needed a door. So they ordered it and came back a week later to install it.

Recent Review: We just had a brand new shower put in our home. Dave, the man that installed it, was amazing. He knew more about the product than the salesman! I am disabled, and we did not want a shower door, because I would be unable to clean the rust. When he showed up, he told us about a door that does not hold rust, or lime. If we had known about this when we bought the shower, we would have bought it! The product is ok, but Dave was fantastic. When he left, our home was spotcless and clean. If you use this company, Dave is the one you want. 8/26/13 If you have work done get it in writing that rust will not stick to the product. Ours started to rust within 2-3 weeks. I am not happy with the product. The product did not do what it said it would.

Recent Review: This is the third time we've used this company. They started the job on September 18, 2012. They started by gutting the entire bathroom and knocking out a wall in the linen closet, as I was increasing the size of the shower stall. The job took longer than expected, due to cabinet issue. I had picked out the color of cabinets I wanted and twice they had to be sent back. This was in no way the fault of New Horizon. The manufacturer had changed the paint process w/out informing New Horizon of those changes. Finally, the owner of New Horizon requested a face to face meeting w/the manufacturer to get to the bottom of things. It was resolved to my satisfaction and the job resumed. They ran into several unforeseen problems, but handled everything in a very professional manner. Everyone was great, as w/the other 2 jobs we had contracted them to do. I needed to get primer to paint the newly installed drywall and one of the guys told me not to go buy any...that he had some left over from another job that he would bring the next day. There was about a gallon and a half, which was more than enough to do the job. There was no charge for that at all. Everything turned out just beautiful and I couldn't be happier! If you want a job done right, this is the company to hire. They do it all and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with everything. I wouldn't hire another company if someone paid me to. New Horizon is the best out there! They may not be the cheapest, but they aren't the most expensive either. But, the old saying, "You get what you pay for", is so very true!! Now days, you rarely get what you paid for. You CANNOT go wrong w/these guys! They are wonderful. As soon as the hardware is on the cabinets, I'll post some photos. Just found out I need a new roof. This job will also go to New Horizon!

They told me it would take 4 days, it took 6 months.  They were always telling me they would get it done and not show up or call.  I had to get the credit card company involved and stop payments in order to the the job done bad workmanship.  Very unprofessional, rude would not return call.  Tired to get money by check, I had to get it back.
