Recent Review: Tom from Renew was great to work with! The team of contractors was top notch. They created and followed a detailed schedule of work from start to finish. They arrived promptly when expected and cleaned up completely when the work was done for the day. Tom was fair, honest, and professional. I would definitely hire them again!

Recent Review: First and foremost I truly loved working with these guys. I feel as though the working environment that I had with these guys was not only professional, but friendly as well as fun. I got along exceptionally well with all 3 of them {John, Bones, and Justin}, and even my 2 dogs really liked them, and dogs are a good judge of character. Anyway, before we even hired John and his crew to do the job, we had several different contractors come out and give us a estimate. One of the contractors came back with a much lower estimate, but my husband and I really felt like they were not really qualified to do the job we needed. One contractor never came back with his estimate, and John's estimate we felt initially was quite high for what we wanted/needed done. John did negotiate with us, and came down to more of a price we could afford {though we still thought was a little high} to have the job done. In doing so, I went with my gut instinct and we hired him on the spot without having any more contractors come in and give us more estimates. Before John and the crew even started on the job I for the most part had everything picked out to transform the two rooms : New shower, vanity, mirror, lights, toilet, cabinets, counter-top, tile, paneling, etc. My husband and I agreed we would be purchasing all those things. John would purchase all the other things needed for the job: dry wall, wiring, plumbing materials, caulking, venting, all the permits needed, etc. John had to hire additional workers to come in to do things that him and his crew are not licensed to do such as, a electrician, a plumber, and a heating and cooling specialist to do the venting. This is where we ran into a little bit of problems because there were so many people involved at this point that there was some lack of communication going on between all of those who were involved in the process. Ending result was not everything worked out as according to plan, but it all turned out fine, and we were satisfied. We also found out during the transformation of the two rooms that additional permits were needed {according to code}, and at times the project was at a halt waiting for a inspector to show up to give his and quot;okand quot;. We also found out at this time that my window that was in the guest bedroom {that we just purchased several years ago} was not up to code for a bathroom, so we were basically being forced by code to replace a window, which ended up being a additional cost to us. We were also told by code that my whole house had to have electric smoke detectors, even though I had the battery kind, it wasn't good enough, so we were also forced to have electric smoke detectors put in, which also was also a additional cost to us. Anyway, I was not happy that we didn't really have a choice or a say in the matter. Both things had to be done to be able to pass code. Ending result --- We have a very beautiful bathroom. We have a very nice, functional utility room. We ended up owing $850 more than the $14,000 negotiated price, which I wasn't happy about, but I understand. It just means that the other project I had in mind for us to be able to do will have to be put on hold for a while, and that bums me out, but it is what it is. Bottom line is my husband and I are both really pleased with the transformation of the two rooms, and we have had many many compliments from our visitors.

Recent Review: This was a major plumbing overhaul/update of my bath and kitchen plumbing. The pipes coming into the house had to be accessed through holes in the side yard, and the basement wall. Since my bathroom would be torn up, I decided on a partial remodel. Experienced Plumbing provided me with names of a tile installer, plasterer, and a resource for my flooring. The entire EP team, and all of the people they recommended, were wonderful, coordinating their schedules to get this job done. Ron and Angela were so friendly and considerate, monitoring progress every step of the way to ensure my satisfaction. I will certainly call or recommend Experienced Plumbing LLC in the future.

Recent Review: ANA has installed our granite in the kitchen and bathroom. All contact with the company has been very professional and courteous. The guys that have been to the house have been very nice. The granite looks amazing, and as long as they installed the granite there is no charge to come back and fix things (seams, sinks falling, etc).

Recent Review: Jim knows what he is doing and is very resourceful/creative at solving difficult problems.  He has been updating my 45 year old home since last summer.  If you expect a rigid 9a - 5p schedule, that may be difficult due to his purchasing of supplies, crew scheduling, and so on, but he will be there and do what needs to be done to get the job completed well.  Jim does not have a problem with fix-it/touch-up issues which may arise after the big job is done.  I recommend Jim highly and have other future projects, which he will be doing  as well.  In addition, Jim has replaced a outdoor basement window-well, custom built shelving/garden station in the garage, power washed the house exterior . . . the list is long!

AFenner Builders
Richard caught my vision for the basement and ran with it.  He came up with solutions and ideas that no other contractor thought of.  He and his workers are funny, but be prepared for their antics!  I wasn't thrilled with the paint job, so I would probably hire someone else in the future to do the finish paint work.

Did not get an estimate. They wanted a fee for an estimate which would be applied toward job cost if chosen. Other builders we got estimates from, including the one we are using, did not charge a fee for estimate.

This is the second time I have used this company.  The first time I used Jeff was for a MAJOR bathroom renovation.  I have remolded several homes in the past and I can assure you Jeff and his staff take great pride in their work.  I have never had a contractor keep such a CLEAN work site.  That is very important when you are actually living thru the construction.   Therefore it was not a hard decision to call Jeff again when I needed more work this time.  Again, Jeff was very responsive returning my call.  He came right out and gave me a VERY FAIR quote and I am happy to say another PERFECT project. I could not be present all the time the workers were at my home.  I felt VERY COMFORTABLE leaving "strangers" in my house because I just knew they were trustworthy people. Remolding can be a stressful process but Jeff and his team make it seem easy.  I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next project with this company.

CPowers Bath
Our house had an addition which went through our  bathroom; which made our floor in bathroom uneven.  The contract was to level bathroom floor. I brought to their attention when I noticed them applying cement to my bathroom floor my concerns and they assured me it would be level and support a "Harley Bike". They have been good about coming out several time in an attempt to repair cracks and their last visit they dropped off five pounds of grout mixture and told us how to apply.

ASIR Home Improvements
My experience began when speaking with a Sir home rep at Sams club. Mike was very informative and set me up with an appointment for sir to come out and give me a quote on my bathroom. Then nick came out and gave me a quote. Nick was very informative and helped me envision my new bathroom. Then I began the installation process. Things ran smoothly. I am enjoying my new bathroom everyday. I am thankful to Sir for helping me with this project.
