Reviews in Mount Pleasant to Waterproof Crawl Space

Started out fine given a price of $50.00 per foot. Some of the work had to be changed due to having room to move all items from two different walls. Decided to do one wall at this time and delay the other until spring of the year. This change brought the work from $50.00 a foot to $91.00 per foot. We did have the work as it was a area that needed the most attention, and the company had spent time with us setting up the work. The increase was totally out of line from my point of . view. We will look for someone else to do the remaining 30 feet in the spring of the year.

ASuperior Home Building LLC
Jerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. Use Superior Home Building you won't regret it!!

AFoundation Systems of Michigan
They did a wonderful job with minimal dust. The men that did the job were very professional. I would definitely recommend Foundation Systems!

I thought they did a good job. Especially when it got to the actual work, we had one guy we had to deal with and he did the job from start to finish. I felt he always kept us updated with what was going on. They worked very conscientious about keeping the house as clean as possible while they were working. I was very happy with the results.

AAbsolute Waterproofing Solutions
Absolute Waterproofing Solutions are in a class by themselves. This is the second time I have needed to fix a leak in my relatively new home basement (different places, different causes }. They work fast, are the best informed basement waterproofing company, using the latest industry technology. I have used. Their work is meticulous and guaranteed.

It didn't go at all. After several email exchanges where Ayers kept changing the date of my appointment. They changed the date three times, the final time was almost 7 weeks past the first contact. I'd warn others to beware if they need to cancel the first appointment.

AEverDRY of Michiana
They did both inside tile work including an additional sump pump basin as well as sealing the outer foundation to keep water from entering. I was very pleased with the work performed. with the wet Spring that we've had this year it was defiantly worth the investment and not having to worry about a newly relocated family room in the basement getting wet. Highly recommended. C.F. Pittsford, MI

FStay Dry Basement Waterproofing Inc
they did not stand by their work at all they did not honor their warranty my warranty says that they guarantee the area that they waterproofed with the stay dry system to be free from water leakage for lifetime regardless of ownership and will at no additional cost to the customer provide such labor and materials as required should service be required. A ventricle you told me that it wasn't their problem and that if I wanted anything done they would have to fix it and charge me $2,300 more they said thatthe warranty only covers the perimeter of the basement and not the inside of the basement which makes no sense whatsoever because they sell it as keeping your basement dry and that it will stop the water from coming into your basement if you get this service from them they will not stand by their work your basement May leak from the center through the concrete and they will not do anything to fix it I spoke to the owner and he threatened to come to my house and settle it man to man and he also encourage me to sue him and that he would drag it out in court forever and I didn't know who I was messing with David is the owner and he repeatedly told me to go ahead and sue him go ahead and sue him go ahead and sue him he has no customer service they will not stand by their work and everybody who is considering having these people work for them need to know that this company is a scam and fraud look them up on the better business bureau your warranty is worthless

FAyers Basement Systems
They agreed that they would have the waterproofing and bright wall job completed by the end of June to mid July at the latest. Job was terrible and leaks still persist today (August 19). They have been completely unprofessional and unresponsive to NUMEROUS request to get the job completed so the house can be sold. We finally had to put the house up for sale even though the basement still leaks in several spots. In one email response we were informed that we needed to "dispense with the notion that they have not been accommodating" and attempted to point out how they have had to cancel other appointments to send techs out to fix the job they cant seem to fix. This organization is a joke and a rip off. STAY AWAY no matter how smooth the sales pitch.

They were great-The crew that came here-( John-Dave and Richie) went above and beyond- they were polite-knew all about their system and answered all questions-fixed a few other problems that I asked that weren't in contract-they were great with my little dog and careful not to ruin anything- They explained everything and I always knew what was happening! I was impressed!
Recent Review: Did work as quoted, though dust was everywhere. Could have been a little neater. Solved all water issues. After I sold house, there was a minor leak, new owner called me for warranty info. I was informed that they honored the warranty. I know this is from some time ago, but the end results were very positive. If their work is as good as it used to be, I would recommend them.
Recent Review: I had a crack in the foundation and the wall was bowing in. Furthermore, the rear foundation wall was also leaking water. I called Foundation Specialists and set up an appointment for an inspector to come out. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a proposal to fix our foundation issues. A few weeks later, the crew came out to install the wall anchors and drain system, it only took a few days! The workers were very friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning up when the project was complete.
Recent Review: We had interviewed 8 other companies and just were not satisfied with all the varying solutions proposed for our bowing and leaking basement walls. CLI's solution seemed reasonable, cost-effective and tailored to the scope of our problem. It seemed like the best long-term job, so that we would not have the issues in the basement again. Darrin was always prompt, efficient and professional. Calls were answered quickly. It has been less than two months, but no problems. CLI also has a better warranty than the others we interviewed. Over all we are very satisfied.
Recent Review: Perfect! From start to finish this was one of the best experiences. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The price was fair. We are very happy with the work that was done and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this fantastic company.

Recent Review: They broke out the old concrete in the laundry room, then poured new concrete, and installed a drainage pipe. I'm not sure what the charges were. We were happy with the service Ayres provided. So far, the basement is dry, and they were on time and professional. I hope I don't have to use them again, but would call them if need be.
