Recent Review: They gave me a free inspection and the inspector was very Knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and new a lot about the construction of my crawlspace. After getting three quotes they had the best price and included the most work for my money. The install was done in one day as promised. My crawl space is night and day compared to before. The smell is gone, floors warm and water gone in the crawl space. I've already recommended them to 3 friends. Thank you Foundation Solutions 360!!!
Recent Review: As each of the details of the problems above were identified, the information was relayed to the home inspection company. The primary response was that our response to a short survey requested to be completed at the end of the initial inspection showed we were satisfied with the inspection. When it was pointed our response was based on an assumption that the inspection results were valid and that our response changed when we discovered the inspection was not valid. The next response was that contractors often provide bad information about work needing to be performed as they are try to create work that is not necessary. When informed that many of the features above were personally verified by myself and confirmed by at least 2 independent contractors, the inspection company's response was that they could do a re-inspection. When asked the purpose of the re-inspection, since we had already bought the house (something we would not have done if we had known of these problems with the house prior to closing), the answer was that a it was a breach of contract for us to do any repairs without a re-inspection and since we had had the gas leak and electrical problems repaired they were not responsible for anything wrong with the house. When asked about their "guarantee" the company response was that the guarantee was only valid at the time of the initial inspection (not even including the written report, which was received days after the inspection). On pushing this they stated they would provide a partial refund if we signed a legal waiver absolving them of all responsibility for their inspection and preventing us from pursuing any legal actions or filing any complaints against them. Rather than proceed with extensive legal battles over the above issues or settle for a pittance of what the "failed" inspection cost us, we elected to do neither, allowing us to at least warn others to NEVER use this company.
Business Description: I am the owner and sole inspector. A typical home inspection averages four hours. Reports are delivered same day in PDF format that include an average of 40 pictures. I am fully insured and certified through InterNACHI as well as the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. I perform inspections 7 days per week and accept payment in cash or check. Next day inspections are possible. My inspections are not time bound and I take the time to review the report on site with client. I also take the time to explain how systems operate within the home and will answer any questions you may have. This is very helpful for the first time home buyer.

Recent Review: Quality service! The report was thorough and concise. There was no doubt left for the home buyer in regards to the structural integrity of the property in question. Definitely recommend. Very flexible with scheduling as well.
Recent Review: FSM did an amazing job on our crawl space! Our home smells fresh and feels cleaner. When we moved onto lakefront property 2 years ago, Lake St Clair was much lower. This year we have record breaking high water levels, and I THANK GOD we invested in this system! We actually have such a dry crawl space, that we have some items stored down there. Worth every penny!
Tim Haigh was the inspector who performed the service. Mr. Haigh was punctual, courteous, and professional. Mr. Haigh was extremely thorough. The inspection he performed was beyond our expectations. The report was 35 pages long, with very detailed photo's. The bottom line: Mr. Haigh found things wrong with a potential house we were going to purchase. If it wasn't for Weatherstone and Mr. Haigh, we would have purchased a home that I would have had to invest upwards of $75,000 into. Thank you Weatherstone! Great company.

Missed issues with sump pump, crawl space water seepage, and foundation. Would never recommend as I am now left with over 20k in repair costs.

George was excellent. I asked for a full range of services in order to know as much as possible about a home I was buying that was over 100 years old and would need some minor updating that needed budgeting. He went through the house with a fine tooth comb – spending 3+ hours to do so. It was just the level of detail I was looking for. I've been in the home now for over a month and not one thing has appeared that George didn't catch and warn me about. In fact, he even helped me list the issues by priority and sure enough, the first issue that come up needing fixing was exactly what he said would be top priority. He also threw out ballpark numbers for what the fixes might cost. So far those were all very accurate as well. Additionally, he had some guesses as to what the home's past looked like, some of which were confirmed by the seller. George is like a magician with a crystal ball – he can see right through your house!

AHome Inspection Professionals
They arrived early to start preliminary inspection of outside - sent an expert on seawall & dock inspections. Did an extremely thorough inspection including going into the crawl space. Captured everything online at the inspection & emailed the report before we left.

Did the work in 2014. Was pricey but worth it. What makes it worth it - FSM stands by their work. Our home is built on a swamp. We’re going to have water. Their product has had issues twice, but they come out and fix it - no questions asked and no cost. THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT! One day the water alarm was going off in the crawl. I couldn’t get under there to stop it. Busy as they are, they made us a priority and had someone here by noon to stop it and assess. I am incredibly pleased.

ANow Dry Basement Waterproofing
Finally an honest contractor. We had a small amount of water in our crawl space. We had numerous estimates from $10,000 to $28,000. All agreed sum pump was not working, but used pressure and scare tactics to have us dig up the foundation, replace drainage tiles and encapsulate the crawl space. We almost fell for it until Steve found that, in addition to the sum pump, our toilet was leaking. Encapsulation would not have resolved our problem. $400 well spent. Do NOT sign with any waterproofing service without calling Steve first.

It went very well. The person who did the inspection & gave me the quote was very courteous & professional, He explained everything very well. They were pretty busy so it took 2 months before they could do the work. The actual work was done to my satisfaction. The crew did a very good job and cleaned up well afterwards.

Company was the best price. The workers were on time, courteous, cleaned up after every visit. Took away all the junk and mess in crawl space and disposed of it. Great job.
