Great experience. We were out a lot because of husbands illness and Rich was trustworthy and came up with ideas, brought examples home- because i did not have time to shop. He was an angel at a very tough time in our lives .Trustworthy,a gentnleman and has great ideas.

I can't say enough good things about Phil and his team. I moved to a family farm house built in about 1880. Phil had done a small job for me in my previous home. I was happy with that job, so I called him to help with the farm. This is a difficult home to work in. Nothing is square, nothing is plumb, and there is crumbling plaster/lathe, etc. The plaster was peeling badly, so we agreed to go over it with drywall and lovely wood crown moulding. The result is perfection. Phil suggested closing off one door that was in an odd position, and the result is fantastic. He was able to have bead board replicated, and it is almost impossible to see where the old bead board ends and the new begins. My remodeled rooms are beautiful. The next project was a gut remodel of my horrible old farm kitchen. The design involved relocating windows, HVAC, plumbing, completely new cabinets and granite, a lovely island, farm sink, tile backsplash, scraped hickory hardwood, etc. The interior and exterior spaces are perfect and beyond belief. I am posting photos, but they don't do the work justice. Nobody who has seen the work who had previously seen the home can believe it! The projects were expensive, and you get what you pay for. Every time I called or emailed, Phil responded immediately. I think I probably drove him nuts, but he was always gracious, professional, and able to accommodate my requests. I would always go back to RL Rider. No question, no hesitation.

Business Description: All Phase Remodeling, Inc. is a design/build company established in 1985 by Lyle Whittaker, C.G.R. to serve the Greater Lansing Area. The name All Phase Remodeling was chosen out of a desire to assist clients with "all phases" of home improvement and to meet the changing needs of our clients over the years - from great room additions for the growing family, to converting bathtubs into showers and adding grab bars or ramps for those who need to make their homes safer as they age-in-place. As a Design/Build firm we can offer our clients "one-stop shopping" - from designing the project with your budget in mind to constructing the project according to the designs and material specification. Heather McDonald has been assisting our clients to achieve the best design to suit their needs since she came on board in June of 1999. We have trained and experienced carpenters on-staff to construct these projects with the quality and precision that you have come to expect from All Phase Remodeling. Our Lead Carpenter, Mike Langtry, has been with us since 1992. Over the years we have developed a wonderful team of sub-contractors we can rely on for electrical, plumbing, drywall, and other specialty work. We hope that our many years of experience in the remodeling field in the Greater Lansing Area will convey confidence and trust in our company. We look upon our clients as our growing family so we strive to provide a friendly, efficient and comforting experience that will enhance your home forever and have you revisit All Phase Remodeling, Inc for future remodeling projects. Cost is determined by job.
