Terribly. I made a large deposit upon order of the cabinets and flooring. Wood was delivered to my home for acclimating. We were doing our own demolition, so I stayed in close contact with Bodamer Bros to stay abreast of the cabinet delivery. We did not want to do demolition too early and be without a kitchen over long. I was told that everything was progressing on schedule. My last contact prior to delivery date was the week prior, when I was assured that the cabinets were ready to ship. We proceeded with demolition. Cabinets were to be delivered on Monday with installation to begin at that time, too. But - on Saturday, just 2 days prior to delivery date - I received a phone call. Cabinets were delayed - INDEFINITELY. What? Why? On further questioning, I learned that the manufacturer would not release the cabinets because Bodamer was in extreme arrears in their payments to the manufacturer. Mr. Bodamer did not know when he would bring the account current, so could not say when the cabinets would be delivered. And, no, he could not refund my deposit. He had no money. I was livid. I went into the store to chat with him. He threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises, as he had nothing more to say to me, and he could not refund my money. There were no other customers in the shop, just me and my sister, who came as moral support and as a witness to what was being said. Ultimately, the cabinets were delivered. My salesperson installed them at no charge, and did a fairly good job, though not perfect. He was a salesperson, not an installer. The wood floors were installed by "professionals" hired by Bodamer. A very poor installation. I still have many, many issues with the floors. I suspect I was given substandard wood, and the installers did very poor work. There are so many gaps between boards, both horizontally and vertically. Extremely unhappy with the floors. I was originally supposed to have all this work done in mid-June, but it was not completed until nearly the end of October. I was without a kitchen that entire time. Delays can be expected in many remodeling projects, but since I was in such close contact and was told that the cabinets had been shipped and we were on schedule, only to learn that it was a complete deception, I was understandably upset. I rated a D for quality because the cabinet quality is actually pretty nice, but the floors are horrible. As you'll see in the pics, some gaps are so wide that they extended past the tongue and groove. I gave pricing a D as well, because I certainly overpaid for the quality of work and customer service I received, Every other experience is rated an F. I could never recommend this company to anyone, for any purpose. Some people have said that Dan Bodamer is a very nice man. I did not see this side of him. He was rude, condescending and combative, but most of all, deceitful. Terrible experience that still hurts.
