Recent Review: Tom and Jim were great to work with, offering helpful suggestions whenever asked and quick to respond to my phone calls. Very professional and drew up a contract. They were able to begin the remodel earlier than expected. All the contractors were genuinely nice, did a good job, cleaned up after they worked and were patient with my 2 dogs. I especially appreciated their paint contractor Mark who prioritized me into his schedule, worked quickly and did a great job.. Tom and John also did an excellent job reworking my cabinets, adding beautiful crown moldings and creating an island. Overall I am very pleased and would highly recommend New Image Remodeling.

Recent Review: I'm in my 70's and have never had a great worker like John who consistently arrived on time and diligently worked the whole day. He listened and was able to interprete into reality my vision. He's smart, he's the most honest guy you will ever work with and he follows through both in communication and in assignments. He was never grumpy and we gave him reason to be so many days. He's relatively young, 30's, and not the fastest but his work is thourghal and done right. I hope to use him many more times.

Recent Review: He is excellent all the way around, in every category.  His craftsmanship and attitude are excellent.  The pricing is pretty reasonable.  He is flexible.  For example, if I called him and said I'm taking a half day off work tomorrow can you come over and help me out, he usually could be flexible and work it in.

Recent Review: This is the second job they did for us. We bought a house built in 1989 and in need of some upgrades. We had a tub that was as a big as a car, probably longer. The fixtures looked like they were from the 1980's. I will post before and after pics. Although I liked the tub because it was easy to get in and out of with a back injury, my husband wanted a more modern shower stall. Sean and his staff completely ripped everything out of the bathroom down to the two by fours. The price was increased because they had to demo the whole bathroom. They moved the toilet from against the wall to where the gigantic tub was and built a half wall for privacy. They put double individual vanities with a linen cabinet in between on the wall where the toilet and single vanity was. Although I was not happy with the size of the gigantic linen cabinet which darkens the room, it was completely my fault because I picked out kitchen cabinets by mistake instead of the bathroom cabinets Sean recommended (which, by the way, look stunning in my basement bath). I had wanted something a little fancier and should have gone with a plainer cabinet. The crown molding above this enormous linen cabinet, which I originally pictured as a half cabinet on top of the counter, looks terrible, but again, completely my fault. Sean's foreman, Seth, did a gorgeous job with the tile in our new shower. It looks really elegant. We now have a completely tiled shower and a ceramic tiled floor. We were only without this bathroom for about a month. Sean communicated with us every step of the way and he also installed 5 doors for us throughout our home. We are hiring him again to paint and carpet and modernize the house. I just hope he has time. He also builds new homes. For more details on the work, see the previous review.

Called on Monday morning after leak severely damaged ceiling over weekend. Had estimate on the same day, and they came repaired the roof and replaced damaged roof vent the next morning. They let the interior dry completely and then returned and replaced the ceiling, insulation, part of walls and re-installed crown molding. They also hung a new ceiling fan and repaired electrical boxes. The work was done extremely well, done on time and for the amount estimated. This is the second time we have hired them, and they have done an excellent job both times.

Didn't think very customer-oriented. Need more practicality & accessibility without charging customer $110 for information to make decision.

In August 2010, when we decided to remodel our kitchen we had no idea who we would have do the work. When we purchased the cupboards we asked for recommendations for possible installers and we were given 2 names. After speaking with both contractors, we determined that Greg Spitler (Double S Construction) was the most experienced and when he shared photos of work he had done and was willing to give us previous customers to contact we knew he was the right person. As we watched Greg work and saw the care he took to ensure his work was done right and provided a minimum of interruption to our daily life, we knew we made the right choice. He took care to ensure the dust did not spread throughout the house. When he encountered some challenges with how the wiring was run when the house was built, he took care of that. We had an approach we wanted to take to redo the kitchen, yet from time-to-time Greg would give us suggestions to consider and when we adjusted our approach to do what he suggested, the outcome was enhanced. After Greg completed the work on the kitchen, we had a flooring contractor install a new floor and even they commented on the high quality of Greg's work. When we saw the great work he does, we asked him to do other things...install a new front entrance door (with sidelights), repair the drywall on a wall from which we had removed paneling, install a pedastile sink and toilet in the half-bath, install new crown-molding and base-boards, and replace all the interior doors and install new door knobs What we really valued in working with Greg is more than the quality of his work. Greg did not just do the work for us...he worked with us. He worked around our schedule. He would stop by the home improvement store and identify the specific materials, hardware, etc. that we needed to get and even where we could get the best buy. Every time he left the house, the work area was clean and his tools located so it did not interfere with our living that night or weekend. WE TRUSTED GREG AND HE SHOWED THAT TRUST WAS DESERVED. We gave him a key to the house or left doors open for him and he would come and go while we were both at work. We had no concerns. We chuckle at the commercial on television, because Greg and our dog Cooper have become best friends. When Greg would arrive he would let Cooper out of his cage. When he left he would put him in his cage. When Cooper needed to go outside, he would let him out. As we go forward, when we have work to be done around the house there will be no need to get comparitive bids. Greg Spitler will be the person we call. If you are considering Greg, we would be happy to speak to you and answer any questions you might have relating to our experience.

Went very bad.  Started with them telling me they sold me the wrong cabinets.  (The old bait and switch)  Wanted me to pay for more expensive ones.  I refused.  They ripped everything out of my kitchen and then I didn't see them for a month.  Couldn't use my stove.  My refrigerator was in my dinning room and I had to do my dishes in the bathroom for a month!  When they did come back the work they did was shoddy.  Where they tore out the wall and some of the cabinets they repaired the ceiling, but you can tell exactly where the holes are.  Very nasty looking.  The crown molding is patched together.  The sink was an undermount sink and they installed it on top of the countertop.  They put the refrigerator in the wrong place.  Then they told me they couldn't do the floor and would give me a credit.   They were supposed to leave me the hardware for the cabinets, but they didn't do that either. It took them over three months to "complete" a job they said would take two weeks and it never did get done.  When I complained they never made an effort to "make it right".
