Recent Review: It took a lot of phone tag to finally get the technician to our house, but once here he was efficient and professional and did an amazing job. The chip was in the edge of a white quartz countertop, very difficult to match perfectly, and the repair is absolutely invisible. Not the lowest bid, but worth the price.
Recent Review: Outstanding work. They were very professional, and would not leave until it was perfect. The main installer fit the seam 4 times before he would let it go. That took him quite a long time but he did the job perfect and would not accept and quot;GOOD ENOUGHand quot;

Recent Review: Stone Proz did a great job installing my new, beautiful granite countertops. From my initial contact with John (owner) through the installation, he was timely, responsive, and very helpful. They showed me the various countertops and sinks within my price range and answered my many questions with patience. I have already referred Stone Proz to family members of mine and recommend using them for your next countertop project.
Recent Review: All went very well. I had pervasively reported that they broke the corners of a drawer on the bathroom vanity and I was shown that the drawer was made that way. It was an error on my husband's behalf and not on Royal Granite. They graciously offered to replace any item they we're responsible for damaging. i highly recommend this company and it was third this using their services.
John was very easy to work with! Finding our countertops and backsplash and then having them installed was the easiest process in remodeling our kitchen. I have Stone Proz LLC to thank for that! Communication was quick professional, yet by the end I felt like we were friends! When it's time to remodel the bathroom, I know exactly who to call. Bonus- he's a family man and dog friendly so he understood working with us and our schedule/lifestyle. If you want someone you TRUST to work in your home, call them.

Great! Serg was very professional in explaining the process, pricing, and measuring for the new countertops. The crew that brought the countertops were very fussy about getting them installed correctly and I appreciated that so much! Measuring took place on a Friday and the installation occurred the following Wednesday. It all looks so wonderful and I'm very pleased with Royal Granite.

AHAGERMAN CUSTOM BUILDING AND REMODELING
He did an amazing job! The countertops were beautiful, and he cleaned up after himself. All the work was done in our attached garage (custom making the board and gluing the tops down), and you'd never know when he was finished. The countertops have held up beautifully, and you can't even tell where the seam was (I know it is there, but nobody else does)! I would definitely hire him again.

APetoskey Granite & Quartz Countertops
The installers from TJ's who do the work for Petoskey Quartz and Granite arrived ahead of schedule on the designated install day; which was a delight for us since we have eagerly awaited our new countertops. They ran into a slight problem on the size but assured us there was no problem and there wasn't. They shaved a small amount off in their trailer and installed the countertops. The workers were personable, professional, and polite. They knew their job and did it enthusiastically. We enjoyed having them do our project for us. The people at the actual showroom (especially Kathleen) were equally as easy to work with. They helped us make wise choices and always got back with us quickly, no matter the question or issue. We went to them based on recommendations by friends and two local businesses. We thought we were going to have to travel down to Norton Shores to find the particular piece of granite we were looking for, but when we walked into the showroom, the very piece we wanted was right there! Imagine our surprise and good fortune. We had already priced the piece in Norton Shores, so we knew approximately what it would cost, but Quartz and Granite was a little less. Again, we were pleasantly surprised. The day of the install, my husband returned to the showroom to pay the final bill and check to see if they might have a scrap of our granite left. Jim needed it to line a cooktop cutout he was doing on his own. He met one of the owners, Steve. He really enjoyed his discussion with Steve about our kitchen remodel. Steve was kind enough to find a scrap for us and didn't even charge us for it. Steve did not have to do that for us, but we certainly won't forget his kindness and attention to great customer service. When we are ready to remodel our bathrooms and replace the countertops with granite, we will go right back to Petoskey Quartz and Granite.

CGranite Transformations of Grand Rapids
Awful. They told us the timing was going to be a couple of months, and it took a lot longer, When the template work was done-he was late and then did it wrong, and then the owner had to come back and fix what he had setup as the template. When the installers came, they were pleasant, but they were incompetent. They had to cut our appliance garage, and instead of stopping after it chipped, they continued with the cut and destroyed our cabinet face. They left a chip in the edge of the new countertop...which is supposed to BRAND NEW. I shouldn't have to live with a chip in a $4000 product. They also didn't cut the hole precisely for our faucet and my faucet now JUST barely hits the side sink. Then when I asked someone to come and fix it, it took forever and now 6 months later, they replace the wood on my cabinets with a veneer, which is okay, they tried to fix the chip and it looks worse. And NOW, the sink is separating from the countertop and we have a gap that water is getting into. I wonder how long it will take them to come and fix that.
