I was amazed Bowdecon was willing to travel several hours for an estimate, not alone to pick us up as a client. Mr. Bowden arrived to do the estimate during the time he promised. He made us aware that he is called to emergency jobs, which are crime scenes, which can sometime effect his schedule.  It was courteous of him to let us know this in advance. After we gave him a tour of what needed his attention, he e-mailed a prompted and detailed bid/contract. He did not overlook any detail, which made me feel that he was detailed oriented with his physical work as well. We were not disappointed. He accomplished the work with the number of man hours he had anticipated. The hours were spread over two days instead of one because of another job that came up simultaneously with our. But, it only caused one day of delays, and did not cost any extra fees. That is a sign of professionalism. Prior to the job, he promptly answered any inquiries I submitted to him over the internet. I highly recommend using his services as I would not hesitate in hiring him in the future if we need his help again.
