Recent Review: Everything went great. I got the system a few days later and started to install it. All the devices were easy to put up all told it took about 45 minutes to get up and running. During the install I set the alarm off and Getsafe called me right away. I like the way it looks in my home and by that I mean I hardly notice it is there. I like being able to control the system from my phone and being able to check on my house with the camera when I am away.

Recent Review: From the salesman to the installation and service our experience has been excellent. The saleman was very low pressure. Anytime our alarm is triggered, their response time is immediate. They dispatch Toledo Police without hesitation. The monthly monitoring fees are quite inexpensive. I have not hesitated to recommend their product and service. They offer my family superior peace of mind.
Recent Review: Did not go with them. This company's equipment is 100% self-installed. It would have been nice to know before spending 15 minutes talking to sales rep on the other side of the country. I am not installing cameras on the top floor of my house!

Matt Tinker installed a video alarm system for our large home with inferior equipment that never worked from day one. The cameras offered undetectable vision and the the computer system was "unworkable". Installation was a long drawn out process, since Matt did not show up as scheduled and was never on time, combined with short work days. He screens his calls and would not return messages. Since he had our alarm system "locked up" with his service security code, other companies could not service our system. Because of his unprofessional and unethical behavior, we had to have an entirely new video alarm system installed, which again was costly. The new system was not as costly as the Covet system, which tells me I overpaid.
