Recent Review: Derek was very responsive with all call backs and proceeded with job as scheduled.  He had a crew of 2 helping him that did excellent work.  They all checked with us as they were doing the job to make sure it was proceeding to our satisfaction.  It was a pleasure to work with Derek and his crew.  I sincerely appreciate that everything they said, they did.  There were no surprises and the work turned out great.

Award 2018Super Service Award
Recent Review: I emailed James asking for a bid.  He replied the same day and came to my house a couple days later to look at the project.  Better yet, as busy as he was, he sent me a bid the very next day.  I?m not sure if he is the lowest price around, but his bid was significantly lower than the only other bid I solicited and it seemed very fair to me. James shows up on time, works hard all day long, and knows what he?s doing.  He started my project on schedule and completed on schedule.  He is able to handle last minute design changes and does quality work.  I don?t know how he lowered my pergola, but he did and it turned out great. Everything turned out great!  Judging from other reviews, James is just as skilled in other areas of general contracting work as he is in deck building.  I have a wooden privacy fence that should be replaced and I will certainly call James when I?m ready to start that project.  I highly recommend Superior Carpentry for your next project.

Recent Review: Greg was always on the job and watched over his hired subs very closely. He performed some of the interior rough-in work and hung the finished cedar walls, installed the grade door, hardware and windows. He had subs, as many contractors do these days, who built the foundation, poured the floor, another who performed the roofing and siding. He has been back to take care of a leak around one of the windows in the cupola that his sub did not install correctly. We were very happy with his workmanship and backing up his own and his subs workmanship. His prices were very reasonable; in fact we are going to hire him to build a 27 x 16 pergola in our back yard. Greg was very patient with us. We were doing our own electric wiring, CATV, Cat 5 network and alarm wiring and it took longer to accomplish those jobs than we expected, which delayed him a few times. But he took it in stride.

Reviews in Brighton for Building a Gazebo

AEastbrook Construction
Took 2.5 weeks from start to finish as Tim was the only one on the job. Laid tarps on ground to catch shingles and nails. Tore off and replaced only what he could do in a day, then made sure everything was weather proofed before leaving for the day. Went around area after finishing work for the day and picked up nails with a large magnet. Moved old shingles and nails to dumpster every day. Topped exposed nail heads with tar at end of job. Had 6' of water / ice shield on roof edges and 3' in all valleys; new metal roof edging all around. 30 year shingle warranty and 10 year labor warranty
