Recent Review: They had to research the kitchen fan in the wall as this house was built in 1924.  Took a couple months but they found one and put it in.  Great job.

Recent Review: He did a good job.  Used an extra device that really got all of the fine dust out of the vents.  Previous company did not do this step.  Showed before/after pictures.  Used a plastic panel to keep the cold air from coming into the house - nice touch. My deal was $99 for $200 of work.  The total work was $260 so I ended up paying $159 for $260 worth of work. I am happy with the work and the price.  Yours may be more if you have a larger house, but its hard to get good work anymore, no matter how much you pay. I will use them next time for sure.

Recent Review: They came out the next day and completed the work quickly and cleanly. The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but it was fair and the work was done quickly, quietly (I had an infant sleeping in the next room), and to the highest standard.

Recent Review: The technician was very professional, explaining in detail which checks he was doing and why, and answered all my questions. He did suggest I have the heating vents cleaned in my two year old, new construction condo but didn't push the sale nor did he suggest any other add-ons. I was given a service window of 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and he arrived about 10:30 and called in advance.

Recent Review: Prompt and professional. Full fee covered by home warranty. Located and fixed the problem. Had lighting fixture replaced in kitchen and discovered what was old heating vent. Eric climbed up into finished but fully insulated attic to discover duct work had been removed. Gave fair estimate on work which I will have them do in the future. This company is a true treasure!

The entire process went smoothly, from the time I purchased the 'big deal', till all was completed. We worked together on last minute scheduling change, all worked out fine. Work was done professionally, & in fact they actually went above & beyond my expectations. Recommend Lombardo Restoration to any Angie's list customers, will use them in the future myself.

AFamily Heating Cooling & Electrical Inc
Ron the technician came on both occasions.  He was on time, courteous and very professional.  On the first visit he replaced a water panel on our furnance which was leaking.  The replacment also allowed for more heat to flow throughout our house.  On the second occasion, Ron check all of our vents and explained why some were not producing as much heat as the others.  Whatever he did, once he left the heat began to flow better and stronger and the house became much warmer. I initially called Family Heating because of the great reviews I saw on Angie's List and I'm so glad I did.  Not only was the work done professionally and well, but their prices were very reasonable. I know because I always get three quotes on any major job.  I also appreciated the fact that Ron used Angie's List coupons without me even mentioning them because frankly I had forgotten about them.  I have never been more satisfied with my Angie's List contactractor that I was with Family Heating.  They are on my list for my heating and cooling needs. and will definitely refer them to my family and friends

The work went beautifully....any difficulties that arose were dealt with thoughtfully and the end result was better than I'd hoped for.  Scott was the team lead and he was great to work with.  I was always consulted and things were carefully explained.  The job took six days and all the people involved were very very good....truly, I am thrilled with the end result.  I really think if this is how they handle a complicated job like mine....they can do any job that comes their way.  I whole heartedly recommend CMR!

AGreenleaf Home Services LLC
They were quick, professional, and tidy, and had the best recommendation for how to move things around in the kitchen. We had some other people take a look, but they missed the need to move the floor vent entirely - appreciated Greenleaf's attention to detail on this. I believe you get the quality and service you pay for, and we felt we got good value here. Would definitely work with them again.

APro Concepts
I was pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company throughout the process. Before he started the vanity project, John clearly explained to me the particular issues in one of the bathrooms where the heating vent is located directly under the sink. The previous owner had actually cut off the bottom of the old vanity's doors to allow air from the vent to enter the room. John solved the issue by installing some duct work to allow air from the vent to flow from under the vanity. The price was also quite a bit lower than another estimate I'd received. I was also impressed with how efficiently and effectively he handled the sink reinstallation.
