Recent Review: Spoke with Harvey (owner) when I initially called to set up appointment. He gave me the pricing details over the phone based on my job which was to reglaze a cast iron tub. Called me back with the earliest available time slot to get the work done and we set up the appointment for the following week. Mark the technician showed up on time and began the process of prepping the old tub for the new finish. Takes quite a bit of time to get everything clean and prepped. Mark also taped and masked off all the surrounding areas of the bathroom to prevent any overspray from getting on the tile and other fixtures. Finished product was beautiful when Mark left, glossy, smooth white finish where the old finish was dull and pitted. Next morning checked on tub again and noticed some rough areas where the finish was not as smooth. Called Tub Glaze and spoke to Harvey again and he was out at the house within a few hours. He agreed that the tub needed more work and we set up a time for Mark to come back. Mark came and repaired/reglazed the tub again and the finish is beautiful. Very impressed with how great the old tub came out. Company and people are good to work with and seem committed to customer satisfaction.

Recent Review: Outstanding. Dan was great. Product was a perfect match for our unusual 1965 cast iron tub. Surround options were great. Intallation was done exceedingly well in less time than projected
Recent Review: Almost before I knew it, Joe had not only diagnosed the leak but fixed it! I accompanied him as he investigated, and he explained his reasoning and discovery clearly and logically. In this case the source was a poorly installed tub spout, and Joe had an exact match in his truck. He installed it and went on his way, barely half an hour after he'd arrived! Throughout, he was courteous, personable, and generous with information and advice.
Recent Review: We had a leaky bathtub faucet that had been damaged (unbeknownst to us) by drywallers. The drywallers had tried to fix another problem with the faucet so they could fix the access hole in the drywall. In the process, they put a hole in a pipe and we had a terrible leak into the crawl space. Great Lakes Plumbing sent a master plumber who was able to find the leak and repair it without cutting into the freshly fixed drywall.
Recent Review: Jamie came out exactly at said appointment time and made necessary repairs. He was a really nice guy, courteous and polite, and did a great job. Preferred Plumbing & Heating will be the ONLY plumbing company I use in the future!

Work went as planned except unexpected hidden damage, which they took care of without any problem or delay. Work was completed quickly, only lost use of bathtub one day.

ASCHAFER'S ODD JOB SPECIALIST
Chris is a skillful handyman and plumber. He renovated my bathroom including, flooring, vanity, tile and retro fitting a tub. He handled the plumbing and made recommendations regarding my ongoing plumbing leaks. My bathroom is now beautiful and my basement dry. He also cleaned up the debris and went out of his way to find an inexpensive way to do so. Chris is great! Keep in mind he follows his own schedule. He will get everything done at his speed and at a reasonable price. I didn't have any deadline so this worked fine for me.

The dispatcher told me the tech would call with an estimate once he diagnosed the issue, and the range for an hour service call is $195-300 depending on what they find. A friend let the tech in my house. He was almost 2 hours past promised arrival time. He was at my house less than 15 minutes, did NOT call me. I was furious to discover a bill for $195!! Apparently their MINIMUM service call. What a rip off! No one called me, ever. And the nut(s) he "adjusted" still had a slight leak - until I called someone else to fix it. Never use Roto-Rooter again.

No complaints. He was there on time, job was done quickly, nothing to clean up afterwards. Price was fair.

I needed my bathtub relined. Their price was competitive. Friendly customer service. They were prompt and the work was good. My only concern was the clean-up/finishing work that was needed after the job was done (untaping, caulking, cleaning). Maybe this is typical, but I'd prefer to not have to do that.

Joe tightened a bathroom faucet that was loose; unclogged a bathtub drain; and repaired my "running toilet." I was not sure if the repairs to the bath tub drain and/or the toilet could be resolved quickly and inexpensively, but fortunately neither of the repairs proved to be major. Joe made all the repairs and the total bill was a very reasonable $75.00. He was extremely professional and carefully cleaned up any leftover debris. I will contact him again with any plumbing repairs that may become necessary and I would highly recommend him to others in need of similar services.

Not well. I contacted Joe via email on Friday July 31st, and he scheduled me for Monday August 1st. Emailed me on August 1st and said he and his wife were both very sick. I responded not an emergency and just contact me when you are better. Never heard from him, so I contacted him on Thursday August 4th to see if he was better, and he responded no. Again, I said to contact me when he felt better, and I never heard from him again. I had unfortunately recommended him to other family members and friends, and now I'm sorry I did.

We had an excellent exprience using Bathmasters to refinish a 50 plus year old tub. I contacted several organizations that listed bathtub refinishing as a service they offer and Bathmasters was the first and only company to contact me in a timely manner. They followed up prior to the appointment, showed up on time, refinished the tub and cleaned up after themselves. They also took the time to explain the process to us before they begin. Great Job
