Recent Review: Did work as quoted, though dust was everywhere. Could have been a little neater. Solved all water issues. After I sold house, there was a minor leak, new owner called me for warranty info. I was informed that they honored the warranty. I know this is from some time ago, but the end results were very positive. If their work is as good as it used to be, I would recommend them.
Recent Review: Sales and support staff super friendly, helpful, fun to talk to. Work team was fantastic, professional, did good work and kept me in the loop at all times. Foreman consulted me on several decisions that needed to be made on the fly.
Recent Review: We had interviewed 8 other companies and just were not satisfied with all the varying solutions proposed for our bowing and leaking basement walls. CLI's solution seemed reasonable, cost-effective and tailored to the scope of our problem. It seemed like the best long-term job, so that we would not have the issues in the basement again. Darrin was always prompt, efficient and professional. Calls were answered quickly. It has been less than two months, but no problems. CLI also has a better warranty than the others we interviewed. Over all we are very satisfied.
Recent Review: Perfect! From start to finish this was one of the best experiences. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The price was fair. We are very happy with the work that was done and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this fantastic company.
Recent Review: Started out fine given a price of $50.00 per foot. Some of the work had to be changed due to having room to move all items from two different walls. Decided to do one wall at this time and delay the other until spring of the year. This change brought the work from $50.00 a foot to $91.00 per foot. We did have the work as it was a area that needed the most attention, and the company had spent time with us setting up the work. The increase was totally out of line from my point of . view. We will look for someone else to do the remaining 30 feet in the spring of the year.

I thought they did a good job. Especially when it got to the actual work, we had one guy we had to deal with and he did the job from start to finish. I felt he always kept us updated with what was going on. They worked very conscientious about keeping the house as clean as possible while they were working. I was very happy with the results.

FAyers Basement Systems
It didn't go at all. After several email exchanges where Ayers kept changing the date of my appointment. They changed the date three times, the final time was almost 7 weeks past the first contact. I'd warn others to beware if they need to cancel the first appointment.

AEverDRY of Michiana
They did both inside tile work including an additional sump pump basin as well as sealing the outer foundation to keep water from entering. I was very pleased with the work performed. with the wet Spring that we've had this year it was defiantly worth the investment and not having to worry about a newly relocated family room in the basement getting wet. Highly recommended. C.F. Pittsford, MI

They were great-The crew that came here-( John-Dave and Richie) went above and beyond- they were polite-knew all about their system and answered all questions-fixed a few other problems that I asked that weren't in contract-they were great with my little dog and careful not to ruin anything- They explained everything and I always knew what was happening! I was impressed!

FAyers Basement Systems
They agreed that they would have the waterproofing and bright wall job completed by the end of June to mid July at the latest. Job was terrible and leaks still persist today (August 19). They have been completely unprofessional and unresponsive to NUMEROUS request to get the job completed so the house can be sold. We finally had to put the house up for sale even though the basement still leaks in several spots. In one email response we were informed that we needed to "dispense with the notion that they have not been accommodating" and attempted to point out how they have had to cancel other appointments to send techs out to fix the job they cant seem to fix. This organization is a joke and a rip off. STAY AWAY no matter how smooth the sales pitch.

I knew the waterproofing system that I wanted. Rub-R-Wall® Plus Waterproofing has better tensile strength and does not require protection board prior to backfilling. We used this water proofing on our previous home because we had clay all around our basement. This waterproofing worked great. The foundation never leaked even though our cement floor cracked after 3 years. The products flexibility is the key. So when we decided to build again I new exactly what we wanted. I researched which vendors used this system in Michigan and found Palmer's Damp-Proofing. They were very courteous and professional. I was able to have them come out (very out of their way) to water proof my new foundation. I can't express how thankful I am that they got me in so quickly. I was also given a tube of the material to do a touchup if anything scratched the surface before we back filled the foundation. I was so glad that I had the extra tube of material. We had a cement truck get to close to the foundation and cracked it. I dug down and cleared the foundation area and placed the touchup material over the crack to reseal the foundation. We have had so much rain this month and had standing water outside of the wall along the crack that was created by the cement truck. NO LEAKS!!! love this product!! Thank you Palmer's Damp-Proofing for offering a great product at a good price with friendly and courteous service.

AEverDry Waterproofing of Grand Rapids/Saginaw
Excellently. First of all, the initial visit to determine problem and solution was made clear. The gentleman was not too pushy, but did tout the uniqueness of the Dry system. I worked as support staff for a waterproofing company for about 6 years, so I was impressed by the thoroughness of the system. The workmen that came out were very clear on what they would do, step by step, were very explanatory, polite, going over details as much as we needed, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Daily they were punctual and worked their tails off! The foreman and all workers were very cheerful and polite. They seemed to really enjoy their work, and even explained the benefits of working for the company. The foreman seemed to have a pretty tight-knit crew. The clean up afterwards was excellent. Due to the outside excavation around the foundation, shrubs and plants had to be moved. They were very meticulous in keeping in good shape what I wanted to keep, and even helped discard overgrown shrubs and cleaning up the branches and stumps. I truly believe that they went above and beyond, and we had nothing but an excellent experience.
