Fallston Kitchen Remodel

Very smooth operation with each step to the remodel scheduled weeks ahead of time. Everything was done on time and to our satisfaction The lead person was Ken ODell, who says he loves his work and it shows in the quality workmanship he provides.. He went well beyond our expectations in customer service.

They were great. From when the owner came out to give an estimate to the office and to the guys who came out and did the work. The workers were always on time and were very professional. I had dealings with another company who sent someone out in a plane white van and the worker didn't have any ID or logo on his shirt. He barely spoke English and asked me what needed to be done. All the trucks and cars have the companies name on them and the people who came out have the logo of the company on their shirts. If I had any questions and called the office, they were very friendly and helpful. The owner came out a few times to see how things were going and if I was happy with the everything. I had a problem with my refrigerator and couldn't get the people who I bought it from to help me. I called the office and they got someone out the next day to solve my problem. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with our beautiful remodeled bathroom. Joe and his crew were exceptional, always polite, very clean, honest and fair. It was our pleasure to work with everyone assiciated with J.D. Michaels. From demo to finish every step was carefully and thoughtfully executed. I would highly recommend this company.

Josh was incredibly professional and reliable. The work he did on our kitchen enhancement came out extremely well. We would absolutely use Josh for future projects. He also did some improvements to our bathroom which came out well.

Great!!! Very easy to deal with Josh. He was flexible and helpful in design phase. Construction work was completed efficiently and on time. Few small after completion "touch ups" were made just as efficiently. Would be my top choice to use again!!

My wife and I hired them to remodel our kitchen and most of the first floor. From the design phase with Lana and Beth through the entire project with Mark and Jim they were very professional very easy to work with. The project was done on time and no surprises. They were thorough, paid attention to the small details, kept us informed as to their progress, and were always professional in their work and attitude. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again. We are looking to redo our bathrooms next.

The design team was great! The remodeling job went according to schedule, and even when some unforeseen issues arose the team handled them quickly. Additional work to replace our banister that was not part of the original work order was top notch. The team did some extra work pro bono to make up for a door that was damaged during the construction- this above and beyond is what we came to expect from Energy Wizard. Rich was a great crew chief who kept things moving. And the best part of all was Leo - who it seems could do anything in half the time you'd expect. We were very happy with the process and with the end result. I would recommend without reservation.

We loved dealing with Brothers. They had great communication, stuck to their timeline and did an amazing job on an old kitchen! They ran into a few issues because the kitchen was 40 years old-no problem-they were able to adjust their plan and stuck to their timeline. We are extremely pleased!!!!!
