Business Description: Founded by Richard Comeras, A-1 Foundation Crack Repair, Inc. has become one of the leading providers of advanced crack repair technologies. Rich, who has been in the construction business since 1980, founded the company after discovering the industry-leading A-1 Method as a solution for a severely fire-damaged and cracked house foundation. He knew from his construction experience that hydraulic cement and other available products could not fix the cracks. These products do not allow for the expansion and contraction of concrete due to extremes in temperature and weather. He was determined to find a solution. After significant research, Rich perfected a solution that involved new techniques and materials fine-tuned from dam repair technologies pioneered by the US Army Corps of Engineers: the A-1 Method. A-1 Foundation Crack Repair, Inc. was founded after more and more house builders requested the A-1 Method to solve problems that otherwise would have been cost prohibitive or simply too invasive. We currently cater to a wide range of customers in both the commercial and retail markets. Additional phone number: 866-929-3171
Recent Review: Pioneer came out to quote service for waterproofing my basement. Though I ultimately went with another company, it was evident that this company was to notch and humble. Great presentation, great explanation, great person who came out to do the assessment. Materials were by far higher quality. Cost of the estimate was $0.
Recent Review: Seaway Service was Great!! We were told upfront how much the materials and labor would cost us. Seaway Service Also walked us through what work would be done and included in their services a full disclosure was given to me before they started.Everything was completed as we talked about all the bathroom fixtures were installed and We also got our basement water proofed for flooding purposes so that we can ensure water stays out of our home during bad rain or storms. Thank you, Thomas

Recent Review: Dan responded quickly to my initial call. I scheduled a time for him to come to do the repair on a very leaky shower faucet. He asked a few questions about the faucet and was prepared with the necessary parts. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. His work was done well and with no mess left behind. The price charged was fair and reasonable. I will definitely call Dan at DMG Plumbing the next time I need a plumber.
Chris did excellent work. The leak was difficult to find and he took the time needed to find and repair. Will definitely call him again and recommend him to friends.

ADMG Plumbing Inc
Dan, the company owner, arrived early for our 8:00 am appointment, and waited at curbside. When I saw his truck, I invited him in and showed him the problems. 1. Bathroom faucet was leaking, and the under-sink shutoff valves wouldn't turn. He freed up the valves and fixed the leak. 2. Toilet refill was slow and loud. (I had already replaced the flush valve, cutting the refill time from 5 minutes to 3 minutes). Dan replaced the flex line with no charge for the part. 3. Outside faucet was leaking at the stem. (I had already tried the WD-40 trick, but the seal was too far gone.) Dan rebuilt the stem and stopped the leak. All the work was finished within the allotted time. Dan was very professional and personable, and he gave me good advice on the feasibility of a future project I have been contemplating. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for my future needs.

Same leak, continuing right after repair. They have refused to make their repair right unless we pay for another service call. Fortunately, we have found a better plumber.

FPrendiville Plumbing & Heating
This man has done multiple jobs for us in the past, both big & small & the work has for the most part been ok. The problem is that this man is a thief with a drug problem. I am referring to the owner of this company (and primary plumber), not some lower level employee. I actually captured this man on video tape going through my bedroom night stand & dresser, searching for and stealing prescription medications. He is also suspected of stealing a collection of foreign coins (but not caught on tape). For verification of these claims refer to Sterling police log from 7/20 & Clinton court log from 7/23/12. Do not be fooled by this mans psuedo- religiousness, after all, the day he stole my medication, he had the audacity to tell me that he & his wife had put me on their prayer list at church & thier congregation was praying for relief from my ailment. What BS! Do NOT hire this man/company, or if you do...whatch him like a hawk!

CDependable Plumbing Heatin
Barry Gremila is very personable and was willing to share information. However, when we received his bill, it seemed to us that he charged us for time spent chatting as well as the time he worked. We asked his hourly rate and he told us it was $100 per hour, but he had not worked on our plumbing issues for 2-1/2 hours, which is how much time we were charged for.
